Hello. If you add the friendly fungi to the water, a small amount in each watering can, you don't have to worry about such things. Good Luck. Chuck.

Just follow the directions on the package.. Or use google to find the website of the manufacturer's recommendations. There is a pile of stuff there. I don't know if it's top dress/soil amendment or what.. And it's just a lot easier for you if you use it the way the people who made it designed it for..

Hey there! With mycorrhizae fungi your gonna want to sprinkle it on the roots of the plant or sprinkle some in the hole where you plant your seed. The purpose of the fungi is it attaches to the root system and helps absorb nutrients far better than if the plant didn't have it. It has to stay moist for it to work. Just be mindful not to overwater your plant in the mean time. I've used the same brand in the past with amazing results. Hope this helps. Happy growing!

Hello The seedling will take light in through the stock at this stage. The light it gets now will stop her from stretching to much. Good Luck. Chuck.

More light now will encourage her to start growing and opening up. I would put her under it now, but careful not to place it too close, seedlings love light but kind of the way NASCAR fans enjoy car crashes-- at a distance.

Hello. With seedlings I don't want any of the root tip drying out. I put the peat pellets in soil before any roots are visible. Good Luck. Chuck.
