25 for 25 rooted nicely and hardened off ready for potting up . 0.35 Lt square pot foliar sprayed my normal b vits mix of superthrive and advanced b52 , I have sprayed some other cuts with a sample bottle I got given at my local hydro shop to test it's superKs pro nutes pre mixed foliar spray techboost ex:el sample bottle looks interesting gotta have summit about it if the company willing to chuck out free samples
Very happy with results from superKs pro nutes techboost foliar spray gonna try nab another sample bottle could very well be adding to or replacing parts of my schedules . Cuttings transferred to 3.5 litre pots rooting nicely growing thick and fast
Added bit of all mix to each pot to bring up EC a bit slight nitrogen toxicity but nothing I'm worried about unlikely to burn leaves or damage them may just slow growth a bit . Topped plants will slowly start lst in couple days and into next week to build up an even canopy . Bit of a bonus to slight nitrogen o.d they should be a bit more flexible
Last week of veg given them a little sugar boost and hit of hygrozyme in every watering this week be getting small dose of monster bloom on last watering before soil is flushed through and allowed 48 hours to dry , will update photos and anything else I've forgotten in next day or so nearly caught up with diary entries
Full switch to much higher p.k levels today all plants getting a good drenching to fully rehydrate root mass and what's left of the soil , Wont be topping pots off with lightmix or allmix just yet will see what they are needing and adjust to suit them in few days once soil is back at right moisture/air levels , may give dose of plant vitality just incase I've missed any little beasts followed by a small dose nutes/tonic of foliar feed 24hr after PV does its thing with techboost spray from plant solutions 66 and drop lights back down to 60-65cm after hour or so after spray (can spray techboost in full ambient light but reflectors raised to at least 1.2 meter from canopy i found but can drop lights within 20-30 minutes if needed )
Not having any trouble from the girls just yet couple of fans with light discolourations and few yellow fallers in the pots definitely thirsty , plans for this week bit more light defoliation and just a bit more LST to keep my OCD happy flushed them through with 10lt slightly acidic pH base nutrients and amino treatment at 1.4e-c . Very happy with run off pH is good and nice to get rid of any salts that may have built up . Be getting 5-600 ml of water each with hygrozyme hour or so after lights come on later today then in back on with a full dose of nutes and carb zymes and bit of superthrive 1-2 drops per litre mixed in R/0 water to give them a boost while removing any extra foliage from bottom and lower canopy , I left a few shoots to on a couple of the girls and gonna have a go with them as cuttings if can get them to root see what the results end up like , herd good things about early flower cuttings if I can get them rooted and find some extra room for them that is .
One extreme to another weather wise bit of a cold snap and had a night temp hit 16°c not happy about heat fluctuation of this size . heater now in room hopefully hasn't done too much too slow development progress down will no more in next week or so
Not too much going on bit of a light defoliation and tied few more branches to expose lower flowers nice swelling and formation of all bud sites if all goes to plan could be a rather large crop 1.5 + g per watt by looks of things from past experience. Was working on weeks roughly found maintenance pad I lost pictures are days 28-29 having trouble uploading more at the minute
Had some issues with thrips tail end of last week flushed with 1.3ec base allowed it to dry almost to wilting point for 4 days with raised lights maintained room temp of 24°c as didn't want to spray anything or risk lowering quality seems to be under control and clear again back on full feed all happily soaked up 2lt with little run off followed up with slightly lighter base feed only the next day back to regular routine with limited root damage by the looks of things could have been alot worse time will tell on my choice of treatment in crucial weeks yield wise I stand by my decision (for now) .
Not much going on just hitting with feed every couple days letting them do there thing don't want them getting stressed after the thrip episode , stacking nicely and really packing weight with resin be putting in support for most branches this week when I have the time
Few supports now in still putting on weight nicely and smelling very strong won't be too long before I start flush think will let them run 65-70 days , adding another couple of vertical hanging bulbs on different light spectrum this weekend to favour trichome and resin production and put in a few more supports to avoid any branches snapping
Flushing the girls the earlier thrip problem took its toll a bit I reckon not much need to run another week so be coming down next week reasonable leaf to calyx ratio should make for an easy trim
