Starting up again!

Hey there all! So I'm restarting my garden and thought it would be like riding a bike but I'm hitting some bumps in the road. First things, the overall intent currently is to have my first harvest be from my, currently seedlings, autoflowers. For my autoflowers i have selected Auto Colorado Cookies by Dinafem and the Blue Dream Auto from HSO (humboldt). While the reviews for the BD auto weren't stellar i have grown the photo Blue Dream many times previously and decide to take a risk for the sake of nostalgia. While the autos are doing their magic, ruderalis, flowering on a typical vegetation light cycle i'm going to utilize this and begin with, hopefully, the mothers for future sea of green/perpetual harvests. I had to take a trip after receiving my seeds but my impatience won over so I germinated my photos about 2 weeks before the autos, had someone assist with watering and maintenance while I was gone and all is good!

recent pics, my OG kush seems to have some tearing but i have no idea what it could be from... it is only on the one leaf, and those two fingers of the leaves specifically.

So this week has had a lot happen. After transplanting there was about 2-3 days of droopy leaves and after a watering of new purified ph naturally @ 6.3 they perked up quite a bit. After they stablized i decided to top/fim (i cut the next incoming node off from the top. seepics^) the OG Kush(unknown breeder. freebie from seeds supreme..?) and did some LST of the gorilla zkittlez. I plan to make 2 cuts from each plant for a total of, fingers crossed, 4 successful clones. I will then veg a pair for 2 weeks then enter into a new flower tent (will be purchasing soon, still indecisive about size). And following another 2-4 weeks (depending on personal life, success of clones, and availability of room and resources. All plants are currently in 7 gallon cloth pots.

so its been a steady week growth has been amazing especially on my OG kush and the auto-colorado Cookies. Unfortunately while doing some lst on the colorado cookies i snapped branch. I was able to duct tape it back and hook it to the main branch as a form of botany sling. ill be taking clones in 2 days (waiting for freaking amazon) i plan to take arond 3-6 from the og kush and 2-5 from the g zkittlez(about 8 total) from there i will begin a perptual 2 week harvest. Once the roots take place i will put them all in soil and after about a week or two i will be placing 2-4 into a flower tent, arriving soon as well. Following 2-3 weeks later place another 2 into the flower tent, and do this while cloning every 5 weeks. This is a rough draft idea. I will need to ensure the essential space is available, the veg tent doesnt get too crowded, and the smell can be contained. But all is looking good as of now! update 09-04 took clones today. took too many the goal was 6-8 total and i did 8 per plant, 16 total. The OG kush has been such a stronger strain in ways i did know plant could vary. What i am specifically speaking to is when cutting the og kush cuts stayed up right with leaves still in the up/"praying" position and stayed that way until placed in the tent. the G zkittlez IMMEDIATELY started drooping and i could feel how weak the cuts were. Regardless i took 8 from each and am very excited about some of these cuts. I still have high, yes pun intended, hopes for the gorilla zkittlez, some strains in my experience do shit during veg but come alive during flower and vice versa, that being said if the same routine occurs during flower i do not expect to keep this strain in my line up. i have Amherst sour Diesel (humboldt) and Skywalker Kush (emerald triangle) seeds sitting waiting to be used, 3 of each fem.

So im retroactively uploading this after some phone issues the weeks may not be 100% accurate but the content is! did some cloning a while back (round1) and i got a little too comfortable with minimal roots showing and only 8 of the 15 survived. about 2-3 were very small and objectively should not have been attempted one will not survive due to a stoner error in leaf cutting. i've learned in this field patience is key and learning is essential. I made some mistakes, and dont plan on making again

ok so its been about another 2-3 weeks flowering is going well ive added 2 top feeds of down to earth flower and rose mix 3 tbsp to each the auto and the veg 2tbs to mother clones and an a half feed few days back. cuts this round were signifcantly stronger, and longer. Well for the Gorilla Zkittlez, the Og is very slow in the vegative and i took 3, fairly larger clones, a bit too large for the propagation dome so they're cramped.I soaked the rapid rooting pods in a light compost tea to experiment ( ideas from youtube). Planted a total of 7 more seeds due to unsuccessful cloning and desire to explore variety, 'tis the spice of life, 1 x Auto colorado cookies 1 x og kush 3 x amherst sour diesel 3 x skywalker ghost (emerald seeds) new dairy coming from them after a solid week or 2 of steady growth

ok so i had to make a lot of selections on which clones, and seeds would survive, Amherst Sour Diesel seeds were all garbage. All ASD went into the same soil as other clones and seedlings, ffof mixed with a light black gold starting soil. killed some slow moving clones and upped the rest. big flowering moves to come, they should have already happened, but VIPARSPECTRA HAS DELAYED MY SHIPMENT BY 3 WEEKS!!! So to say im annoyed is under phrasing things. I'm expermenting with coast of maine soil vs ffof

Dropped the ball on my journal but the grow is still going strong and has massively increased in size. will make a new journal asap. Blue dream auto went VERY hermie, could be stress from me but the entire thing hermied around 2 weeks before harvest, unsmokeable buds, made into keif. auto colorado was decent smoke FOR AN AUTO 2.5 oz yield g zkittlez are in harvest currently check new diary og kush same as g zkittleZ
