Soni came back and switched it up a little before it was too late, besides these 4 I ha e a CRAPTON of different strains running rn.. looking for a few different things I thought these 4 breeders/strains have delivered enough 🔥 consistently from the diaries,Instagram,&reviews theymight be a good place to look💯. Dropped the megabuds but still running it along side, 1 of the 2 looks seriously rough, so didnt really wanna take to much time journaling in here about it's issues I write everything down anyways so maybe I'll do an entry in the future depending on what these 2 decide to do...shitty, i kinda had high hopes but hell they might still surprise me🤷♂️🏼 should be a fun run, no nutes yet ph 6.8 water with about 1/4-1/2 tsp clonex per 5 gal week 1, a couple of these are a little ahead then the other, so it's gonna be a little weird, but not far enough apart so it will be a problem.. 🤞🤞hope for a good run and wait for the donkeys🐴🐴 to come back to the barn🤦♂️🏼🤷♂️🏼😂(inside joke I guess) yeah I'm dumb.. here we goo!!!!
So this run really besides looking for some size and some color to add in on my ongoing 🍋hz cross project. I wanted to see(cuz I always transplant my autos) if starting them in the same size pot u are going to finish them in was actually the way to go... And as with most tests/experiments done in this way, it's not really any factual evidence it's just in this case this is how it worked. More of a personal preference/opinion deal... And my opinion, I'm calling B.S. on this. I've been getting on average between 4-6 oz per auto with every single auto strain/breeder I've run... A couple coming slightly short some pushing the half pound mark.. but in every grow that I've done starting in 1 gal or smaller and then transplanting I saw far faster far better with 0 issues transplanting autoflowers. Maybe if ur a dumass it will affect your end result. But it really rides .ore on the common sense part than anyone wants to admit but I'm here to keep it 💯. And there is no way, I will ever go straight from germ to ANYTHING BIGGER then a 3 gal plastic pot, I will absolutely start all of them more then likely in .5-1 gal and then transplant. U need to be easy with these girls as u do any plants. But as long as u use common sense. U will be fine transplanting your autoflowers, and you will see faster growth. These girls, ESP the ones in 5's have taken FOREVER to get to here. It's insane how much this slowed this grow down🤯🤯 it's ALLL PERSONAL PREFERENCE, AND OPINION. THERE IS NO "GOLDEN RULE" that is a must with any of this stuff💯 read what other ppl say, and Def consider it in your own garden... But do what works best for you!💯
Been a huge week here on the farm signed a contract with scynce LED and joining forces with WORKINGMAN'S seeds and with MEGABUDS genetics... Going to show both these guys how I get BIG results with shitty genetics.... And what they can expect when they actually give me QUALITY.to work with💯 possibilities are endless 💯💯💪💪
Again slacked for a minute cuz of surgery, took effing forever starting these girls off in 5 gal pots, my own personal preference/opinion but I will absolutely transplant my autos from here on out, I just finished a trial run testing the "stunted growth/yeild theory starting in the same pot compared to transplanting. Not only did the plants that were transplanted finish faster, (and this is probably because it's just how I'm used to doing it, there is no set in stone golden rule when it comes to this stuff, too many variables from garden to garden/gardener to gardener to say anyone thing is how u must do things) but the transplanted plants also yielded more. Oz avg per plant was 3.6 in the same size pot as they finished, oz per plant avg of the transplanted girls was almost a full oz per plant more... Anyways.... Happy to see these girls FINALLY looking like they should... Too bad I ddnt transplant, I just feel like this run would have been almost done already🤷♂️🏼 just how I like to do things and how I'm used to growing, not saying it's better, but I am saying it works better for me 💯
Girls just started their transition, but sweet seeds bloody ahunk blowing the rest away with harvest time, gonna finish prob 20 days+ ahead of the rest lol .. Just signed a contract with scynce led. Such a huge opertunity, beyond blessed, can't wait to see what I can do with their light... Need to clear out this other tent and get on it💯💯 waiting for ups to send me another light😡 long story, sad ending but will get another one🤷♂️🏼
I actually pushed every one of these too hard coming off of a crazy scrog with a nutrient FEIND of a mother, I locked every one of these out. , Even so, crazy impressed with the results considering, very very tough strain. Will have dry weight in a week or so harvested the. Strawberry cheesecake and the critical XL 2.0 also. Slacked bad in this diary. Need to tighten up, next run already is gona be soooo much work I'll try to tho!🤘
As always had a little side experiment going on everyone always says you're not supposed to transplant autos and I always have every Auto I've ever grown of transplanted so I figured I'd try to start these in the same size pot I was finishing in like everyone says you have to do well to each their own and there is no set in stone with rules for this growing s*** is too many variables from garden to garden to say there's any one way you have to do anything cuz different things work better for different people in my case I am way better at transplanting and get way better results faster doing it that way just because it's the way I'm used to doing it my advice to everyone and the right way to do something is do it how you're used to doing it however it works for you there is no Golden rule for any of this stuff that was the best advice I ever got so that's what I tell everybody that I talk to the autos that I transplanted are a full month ahead of the ones that I started in bigger pots one of the strains was supposed to be a relatively small shortened stature so I was ready for people to say that the growth with something so I planted two different strains both of them are equally as far ahead I've done this before and actually average an ounce and a half more off of the transplanted autos than I did the ones grown like everyone says you have to LOL not trying to start s*** just trying to prove a point there is💯 more than one way to do almost everything.
@heizen, sry my friend I totally fell off from growdiaries for a little bit, ended up expanding my grows. (Besides this tent at the same time, I also had 6 more tents, 2 hydro closets a veg room., And a BIG hydro grow, 16'x9') and since this post I totally got caught up in the expansion and remodel. I appreciate ur Interest and will DEF be back on here in the again SOON IN THE NEAR future. IVE JUUUST about automated EVERYTHING and have upgraded just about everything as well. Almost EVERYTHING is outfitted by floraflex now, picked up a pile of new fixtures from hlg and a contract with SCYNCE LED so after this current run finishing rn finishes up things will be looking ALOT different here on the farm. And I'll have WAAAAY more time to actually start and FINISH a diary having everything automated. That cheesecake was absolutely phenomenal tho, I ended up sending some off to get tested as well as entered those flowers into a couple local contests (I like to rock the boat on occasion 😂 they were up against a BUNCH of photoperiod flowers grown by a bunch of ANTI-LED old school growers) the cheesecake flower actually won the best smoke in the local contest here cuz the terps/flavor were absolutely 🤯🤤. Anyways I don't like to leave ppl ha going and just wanted to apologise and say I appreciate the kind words man, when I get everything set back up and finish the automation. I'll DEF be back and actually do a proper journal and stay on top of shit. Talk soon my friend, I'll probably post some unrelated pictures just for fun on here somewhere. 🤙🤙🤘✌️
Thanks for sharing a new diary with one of our strains.
We hope you enjoy it :P
Once finished, with the final notes of the strains, you can ask us for more seeds to share another diary.
Sweet smokes!
