No my friend this is not normal ... Looks like the first signs of a deficiency. Would need a closer photo to give a more accurate answer to what deficiency your dealing with. i was phing my feed and bio advise not to adjust ph and let soil do its magic but i was unaware also had a calmag def which i have resolved by introducing bio calmag. they look like they have recovered well in week 4 after trans, but im not sure if i have other problems?
I'm a soil guy. Different soils buffer differently. Always ph before feeding... always. Optimum for dirt is 6.3.
The other guy is right, 6.0 to 6.5 is acceptable.

Just saw your ph, for soil that's too high that could be a major part of the problem, this can cause a nutrient lockout, which makes the plant not intake nutrients, you want your ph to be at 6.0 - 6.5.
