The girls are looking good. Red poison had one heck of a tap root after germination with the damp paper towel for 24 hours ph at 5.5. Crystal candy was left in the germination process for 36 hours as the tap root was much smaller and significantly behind... To my surprise initially the Red Poison popped its initial foliage in about 12 hours and the Crystal candy was again about 12 hours behind. After a nights rest and a full days work I came home to see Crystal Candy exponentially bigger then the Red Poison. My humidity initially ran around 50-55%. Day three I incorporated a humidifier and now my humidity is coming up nicely for these girls. I’m using fox farm ocean forest soil. No nutrients added. The soil medium tested out at 6.6 to 6.7ph on my meter. All is well and I’m excited about this fun and exciting new hobby.
Will C02 significantly help these girls grow? I’m curious about incorporating either the bags or a canister in my tent. Can anyone tell me about there experience in these products or is there a home remedy to produce co2 that is equally as good if not better?
I’m not a pro but I had the same question and was told for small home grows co2 will not make any difference..
I vent and have fresh air all day and have a few really good grows.
Hope that helps
It is rare that our Crystal Candy XXL Auto®️ has not yet bloomed😟
Check the package, maybe it's the Crystal Candy®️ photoperiod dependent.
Where did you buy the seeds? It may have been a problem for the seller.

@Sweet_Seeds, I’m fairly certain that it was one of the seeds. It had been sent to them in a package from your company... However there is human error That could be factored in and honestly all possibilities are probable In dealing with Mother Nature. We can try and control her but sometimes she likes to do her own thing. Small percentages can do this I know. She also may have been shocked by a cracked stem during lst, it is behaving more like a photo period however I feel. I’m going to switch her into 12/12 and see what we’ve got. I had this happen on a critical purple before... I appreciate your input and cannot wait to try more of your genetics. 🌱🙏😎
@@Pepperonistoney, Maybe he didn't give you the autoflowering version.
Of course, if it is photoperiod dependent, it will begin to bloom. If it is not photodependent, it would be autoflowering and it is rare for an autoflowering to grow so long.

@Sweet_Seeds,
It was given to me from a friend and mutual grow diary blogger that has had several crystal candy grows. It is rare but she is beautiful none the less. I’m going to put her on 12/12 in a few days and see what happens. It’s been a fun grow non the less. It’s a very strong Growing plant. I haven’t had any nutrient deficiencies or ph imbalances. Same conditions as my Red Poison. Would it be safe to assume 12/12 may induce flowering? I’m certainly not upset as this is my first grow and I assumed all bad things could or would happen. It’s been a great learning experience and I will definitely buy more of your genetics.
Thanks for sharing a new diary with one of our strains.
We hope you enjoy it :P
Once finished, with the final notes of the strains, you can ask us for more seeds to share another diary.
