You done something seriously wrong. Lamps too close night air temp too high too many nutrients and looks overwatered. The soil looks too dense aswell not allowing any root development. My pot is filled with roots and she's about 15in in the middle of he stretch. You need to do a lot more research on how to grow autoflowers
