The LST is coming along. Going to attempt to keep the stalk at a "90" degree bend so all the tops have the "same" starting point as they develop. There will also be some leaf tucking to try and get as much light as possible to the lowest starting branches first as they had the fewest leaves to start soaking up light.
So now that another node has developed itself enough I've been able to adjust the LST tie down so I can keep that "90" bend. There will now be two laterals that are sticking straight up.
This was a big week of growth and development on the form and structure. Next week will probably see the last adjustments on pulling the main cola around to give as many branches as possible to be their own top. So far, this is turning out fantastic. So excited to see where things go from here.
hey man nice grow here . my grow is also very simmilar to yours .i also have like 15 side branches that will grow big . i hope to get as much weed as u did hehe . congrats
@DreamOn, thank you for the kind words. She has been a joy so far. Really calming and relaxing, but not lazy, sluggish, or useless. Help pick up my mood without activating my brain too much.
Congrats on another successful run brother! Keep up the good work. Glad to see you're still loving your light! I recently bought a spiderfarmer sf2000 and wondered how I got as far as I did with a blurple lol
@NeedsMoreFans, yeah I keep the blurple just for vegging mainly then move them over under the sf. But with the perpetual grow it definitely helps having two lights you can adjust height wise and the sf2000 luckily has the dimmer on the top instead of on the bottom of the driver.
@KCChiefers, thank you. I do, I never got rid of my old one, so I'm going to run them in tandem and see what happens until I can get a second white light. That is a serious upgrade you have made on your end. Enjoy it and I hope it gives you great success.
@DreamOn, thank you. Harvesting can be a pain in the but sometimes. Mostly now it's because we have cats, so keeping them away without locking them up is annoying. Otherwise, I look forward to crossing the finish line.
@NeedsMoreFans, I've just managed at the critical stage to get conditions optimal for my girls , but yours make me wanna try again to aim for a plant closer to your own plants . Really glad ive my new one growing in good conditions and watering I think I've gotten the hang off letting them dry .. I really do think your harvest will do this strain proud in term of what I've seen this is by far the best grow candy on growdiaries
@Chowswooster, thank you for the compliment. This is my best-trained plant so far. She'll be getting defoliated on Week 5 on the first nutrient feeding after a defoliation.
Thanks for sharing a new diary with one of our strains.
We hope you enjoy it :P
Once finished, with the final notes of the strains, you can ask us for more seeds to share another diary.
Sweet smokes!
Jaypp
@Sweet_Seeds, hey Jaypp, just finished up another diary. When you get some time, please send me a message. I would definitely be interested in trying out some more autoflowers from the catalog.
@Chowswooster, I hope they become very thick and chunky. Not sure how long she will take as this is my first time. But I'm guessing 3 more weeks or so.
Great looking plant my crstal candy xl auto is 2 weeks behind yours and 2 Mabey 3 weeks behind all about 12 inchs end of week 5 , really good grow , any tips on them around defoliation I don't want to stun them as I've already made a few mistake
