@urbangroower, en faite avec la Lumiere a h24 tas besoin de plus de mg 😉 le mieux et cest pas top dentendre ca mais faut diminuer la.lumiere et ajouter du calmag aussi en spray 20/30 minutes Avant la nuit 😉
