My first barneys farm genetics Ive heard such good things about them so here we go we have a purple plant with tones of lavender I hear very interesting :) I usually get 100% seed germination and to those wondering how I do it here you go. Soak said seeds in water for no more than 24 hours remove them it does not matter if they have popped or not after the 24 hours in plain water or reverse osmosis water if you wanna be a perfectionist anyway then after that period get some kitchen roll or toilet roll and layer plates with it place seed in middle and continue to layer. leave for 48 hours in a dark warm place. water if necessary NEVER let the seeds or medium dry out. This way I seem to grow every seed I germ which is unheard of in most circles. Happy growing :) tap root sprouted into rock wool. And its thee AP that is first to rise :)
So week number 2 for the AP going as expected very well :) looking forward to growing this one :) cant wait for a few weeks going to be nice and large I'm hoping :)
Hey Guys so Barneys farm first impressions really good I mean looking at this plant compared to the others well its strange she reacted so better to the ph imbalance and no nutes than the others from sweet seeds very strange but maybe its just random. Who knows. Not complaining great week for her :) 6 left until the flip :)
So shes looking the best out of the seedlings and I have no clue why all she has had is tap water and well compared to the others i cant see why is grown so well ? strange to me though like the others she been started on feed now of 0.7 ec :) and correct ph obviously :)
Hello Happy Saturday in my country anyway :) Thanks for tuning in for the latest update on these diaries right This is my fault. Last week look at this plant all she had was tap water and she looked completely fine so I fed the rest and left her alone on a silly if it isn't broke don't fix it mentality and well what a stupid idea that was I knew she needed feed i fed all the others too and was just lazy i suppose. I am awfully sorry Aya purple You will be fed tonight so you will only loose a week hopefully :) I do apologise Barneys farm I do know better :( Keep it green people :)
So after a really good start Im not sure whats going on with her I have tried to feed her but it seems either the ph is off or its too much for her will be flushing with just ph balanced water until she looks better. sorry barneys im not quite sure why she has gone like that she has had the same feed as all other plants strange.
Here is aya purple she has bounced back after i set the ec a tad lower i think i may have choked her out hence slowing her down but she's on the mend :) nice and green panic over :) we still have up to 3 more weeks until flower so plenty of time to train and get her caught up :)
So after a some what bad start looks like shes kicking into gear now and catching up to the other plants will continue to monitor her little bugga didn't like ec of 0.7 prefered 0.6. 👊
Hi guys thanks for dropping in so the aya purp is doing really well still nice and green and i hope will be caught up in a couple of weeks so we can start to train her :) I will be flushing her through this week to flush out the feed they have had so that should give her bit of a boost :) they have all been drinking very well so i hope they will catch up quick very healthy either way. i have increase the air flow in the pot so i hope that could give her a lil kick up the roots and speed her up a bit only time will tell :) first net installed plant moved to its forver home the flower tent all other plants now down and chopped :)
Hi guys so we hit a few problems pretty sure my crappy pen ph meter is on the blink so we are not getting accurate readings i dont thinkg we have a more expensive one on order so that will solve it most probably that is why this plant has not been defoliated yet it will be halfway through this week as i intend to flower her next week :)
So we defoliated her ready for the flip I know she is not going to produce alot but we are going to try and get a proper perpertual grow going ie crop every month it is possible all i need is one more area I could fit 4 seedlings in and we should be able to flip the vegging plants in 4 weeks. Thes best bit of news is now we have a feeding table for my nutes which is a HUGE stress off my miond no more guessing ph and get these stupidly long veg times out. Plant will recover before she starts producing I hope :) mars hydro added t flower tent :) fully fed and phed new meter arrived :) everything is awesome. 👊
Hi Guys so seems the defolations and fresh feed done her well. Looks like a toatally differnt plant shes small but Im hoping she will still yield not holding my breath but the space around her will be filled anyway the other plants will gladly take the space lol You can defenatly tell the guys over at sweet seeds know what they are doing when it comes to speed. The purple aya from barneys is a great pheno but when stood next to the sweet seeds fast versions they just cant compare really they were all planted at the same time and well the differece is clear. Very well done sweet seeds I lvoe you too barneys you have some of the most unique strains in the game I love you all for giving me the chance to grow your lovley plants :)
Hi Guys so we have decided to keep updating these diaries even though I don't think the site treats growers fairly. anyway doing really well for the purp shes on full bud mode now like the rest has stopped stretching :)
So for the purple this week shes doing really well responding well to her feed and rolling on nicely with the bud development i cant see and purple yet but maybe this is going to come out in the later weeks who knows she looking healthy though :) 👊
So the aya purp is doing really well plodding along nicely her bud are nice and fragrant i thinks she's on time to finish for 8 weeks :) still getting hints of lavender from the smell like the plant lavender its really strange i wonder if it will taste like lavender only time will tell.
Hi guys so things are going well for the aya shes not plumping up as much as id like but you cant win them all eh :) Im sure she will be a nice smoke it is my fault for the poor training and poor space :) Sorry barneys but I have more from you. keep in tune :)

Hi guys so shes looking really good for week 7 shes defo a 60 day flower plant but shes looking nice a nice structure :) cant wait to try the lavander undernotes from what she smells like :)
So week number 8 of flowering for the purple aya and i have noticed some purple at the top of the bud so there is some hehe just started the flush will harvest sometime next week after at least 3 days :) thanks for following along :) shes looking nice and snowy :)
Will update when dry and tasted in few days :) Smells very nice grew very well she was abit tricky to get going but she did okay in the end :) Didn't get much of her but that's my fault for cropping her a little early. Though she is such a smooth smoke. She tastes very kushy as you can imagine I cant really taste the lavender but overall is a great strain
Hi Guys just guessing the harvest weights and also the taste and stuff just going on what she is bred from being master kush mainly i would of preferd to keep her a week longer but the autos are almost ready to go in I need the basket and the pot so she came down week 9 ish smells pukka :)
Sorry to hear about your PH issues. I just went through a bit of that myself along with a failing PH pen. I keep a liquid test kit on hand now as a backup and to spot check my readings when they seem out of whack. Hope you have no further issues. ✌️
@StunFlower, Mee too man if it isnt sorted by tomorrow im going to buy a better one it could not have come at a worst time i have just spent alot of money on my gaming computer i just hope the other meters arrive in time :)
