Looks pretty mild. i think a little adjustment and a quick fix. I wouldn't change plans over this. If concerned give adjusted ferts next feed and see how it reacts. i'd stick to normal cycles with minor adjust ment to dilution or the component wiht largest N portion and without impacting other elements as much as possible.
You are in soil so just keep pH around 6.8. Check that before anything else.
just in case -- watering habits... wait for top 1" to dry, get familiar with weight of pot when dry. Irrigate fully with some runoff so you ensure no dry pockets. When irrigating with fertilizer i'd shoot for 20% runoff. The maintains equilibrium in substrate -- the wet/dry cycle helps avoid pests, good for root growth and generally a much happier plant.
