It’s been a very low maintenance week. I’ve basically just been ignoring her. Watered her today with 1 gallon of plain water. I think she’ll be in vegetation forever lol
I’ve been ignoring her since last Thursday. Not so much intentionally, I’ve just been busy. I ordered a sample set of Advanced Nutrients. I applied the proper combination of nutrients for my plants stage. 🤞🏾Hope it goes well. Also I think I’m still in vegetation but I’m not 100% sure.
I’m concerned about this plants growth. I’m on week 9 and it’s pretty small compared to others I’ve seen. Is this something to worry about? Also, do you think it’s time to transplant it into a new planter. It’s wide but still kind of short. I’m thinking a Home Depot bucket to end
For 9 weeks she is def to small. Idk what size pot that is but I would recommend no less than a 3 gallon pot. Fabric pots are cheap and work the best in my opinion. Maybe she will bounce back after she gets a bigger home. Good luck. Cheers ✭💨✭
This week I transplanted into a 5 gallon fabric Geopot. I expanded my homemade grow box so that my led lights won’t hang so low, they still don’t hang as high as I’d like them. I’m going to have to invest I a tent or figure out a better setup. I changed the lighting schedule to 12-12. Had issues with the timer so I think she was in the dark for a few days. It’s officially on a 12-12 lighting schedule today 10/16/2020.
Got some baby flowers. So excited. I think I went overkill with the defoliation. I was just reading to stop before youv'e gone too far and thats exactly what I did. It dont think it looks bad but it doesn't look great. I snipped a stem and I'm working on a clone. I kept it simple, stuck it in a bottle of spring water. Wish me luck.
Week 3 into flower. She hasn’t experienced that “stretch” I hear about. I don’t think it’s going to happen. She’s blooming tho, and my hands were getting sticky while pruning so I think those are promising signs. Til next time...
Not an exciting week. I don’t see much difference in growth. Added 8ml of overdrive this week. I’m out of my AN Bloom Solution, and bud candy. Hopefully the other fertilizers fill in what it’s missing. I tied down a few branches hoping to spread light evenly. Not sure it made any difference. Just being patient.
This week I repeated week 5 of the flower feeding schedule, it just seemed right. I added general hydroponics flora bloom to substitute for AN bloom and 3 table spoons of molasses to substitute for AN bud candy. I’ve ready good things about using molasses and I think I’ll continue this simple system in my next grow with the other general hydroponics flora line.
Hi there,dark green and clawing leaves means nitrogen toxicity.Normally plants don’t use much nitrogen in the flowering stage.But for your plant, It’s already nitrogen toxicity, so you should cut of nitrogen nutrition.If not, It will hunt you until harvest.Happy growing... ✌️
It’s smelling really sweet this week. Likely from the molasses. Lots of sticky leaves. Looking sugary. I defoliated a little and just watered with 2 gallons of tap water.
This week I fed her nothing but the best grade A Lake Michigan water filtrated by my great city. Trichomes on the buds are barely cloudy. Still some white hairs on the buds.
I’m a novice. Just winging it with tid bits of information here and there. Made a lot of mistakes now I have a micro grow 😅 I’ve been appreciating all of your advice.
I can’t take it anymore and ran out of patience. It’s harvest day! I cut down all the big colas and I’m gonna let the plant revegetate. Shouldn’t take long to dry at all. Got some glass jars for curing. Was hoping for a Valentine’s Day smoke but it looks like it’s going to be a lucky smoke or maybe official 420 buds. We shall see. ✌️🏾💚🍃
Overall I would say this was extremely challenging because it was a first time learning experience. I wasn’t prepared and pretty much was learning as I grew. If I would have had the proper equipment from the start it would have probably gone better. Also the genetics weren’t the best considering it was a seed found from a bag of weed. But as a beginner who started from nothing I think I did pretty damn good. It was a small yield with small buds. The smoke was a little harsh, lots of coughing. But we went to the moon which was the desired outcome. Diesel intake with finishes of citrus and maple. Smells like maple and citrus. I did cure it with an orange peel because the weed was bone dry and to increase the humidity level. I didn’t weigh it, if I guessed I’d say it was half Oz. ITS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE 😂😂😂
She looks nice! I personally would cut more of those small bud sites that only drain energy from the top colas. And is this an outdoor grow or you just take it outside for the pictures?

Not really. They will only give small nugs. Don't worry, it's not a bad thing, it's just that you'll have more of smaller buds. A lot of growers think it's better to have less of big colas than more of smaller ones. In your case I think it's too late now and it would only be waste. Tips for your next grow.

It’s an indoor grow. I take outside to prune. And I was wondering about those smaller sights. So you don’t think they’ll yield much?
Your girl will stay in veg forever till you change her lightings schedule, she needs 12 hours of in interrupted darkness every day going forward to tell her to start flowering.
@Herroqitti, if you have grafting tape that’s the best, if not a little duct tape will do, just don’t get anything super strong like gorilla tape or something like that, you want to be able to pull it off easy after it heals. Your plant is short but quite bushy, normally I’d want her a little taller before switching to flower, but she will at least double, sometimes triple in height during the “stretch” (the stretch is a growth explosion that happens in the 2 to 3 weeks following the switch to flowering schedule.) It kinda depends on how much height you have available.
@Tweak, thank you. Do you think she’s y’all enough? I was gonna wait until she gets a lil bigger before I flip but do u think it matters? Also, I cracked a stem. I’ve been told I can tape it together. Do u think painters tape will be fine?

Thank you. I usually update the nutrients but this week I didn’t use any. I don’t have any tools to measure ppm/Ec, etc. Perhaps on my next grow I will be more equipped.
