Hi all, this is my first grow dairy and I am still somewhat of a newbie. So any tips or friendly info anyone could send my way is always greatly appreciated. This is my second run in my grow tent, but first run using hydroponics. I was somewhat hesitant switching from organic soil, but I must say, the transition has been pretty easy! For this run I'm growing an AK-49 feminized autoflower from Vision Seeds. She's currently 5 weeks old and doing fabulous! The only hiccup, as you may notice from the pictures, towards the end of week 3 I accidentally decapitated her attempting LST... But to my surprise she bouced right back! After plenty of LST and a couple defoliation days, this is how she currently looks. So far she has approximately a dozen main sites! Happy growing!๐
I would ease back on the defoliation. I currently am running 16 plants of this strain I have noticed all the plants that have had defoliation have smaller buds and are less developed. Other than that the ak-49 strain is hardy as hell.

@TheMayor4434, thanks for the knowledge sir! I know that seems to be such a divided opinion when it comes to autos, but I thought what the heck. I didn't defoliate on my first run with my Gelato autos. So, I defoliated once in week 5 and again in week 6. I'm going to take your advice, and just let her go from here on out! Much appreciated! ๐
