Transplanted her from her starter pot to a 20 gallon bag of living soil. Top cover crop coming in nicely.
Going to be a long veg - going to be a fun grow though!
Real good week of later growth.
1 x compost tea/recharge and molasses
1x Water and Liquid Seaweed
Had to replant about a third of the top cover. Next run will make sure it’s grown in before the plant is inserted so the top cover doesn’t slide of when you move the pot.
Removed interior branches to start to open her up, and get her ready for some vertical growth.
First time in a pot this large - so not sure how long to veg , my guess is 6 more weeks or so
Getting to be a big girl. She will veg for another 3-5 weeks and then off to the races.
1 x compost tea (Nature living soil& recharge & molasses.
Impressed with the Nature Living Soil and are recharge.
Another week of veg. Been in the 20 gallon pot for about 6 weeks now, will probably flip in 2-3 weeks or so.
Normal compost tea and recharge this week.- 1 x
Added banana peels and cannabis leaves to the top of no till heap.
Moved to the flower room on 11/19 for Day0 of flower.
Added Aloe powder to my water with coconut powder to give macronutes.
Hopefully she doesn’t stretch too bad, I have room, but wasn’t looking to fight a plant for 60 straight days.
1/2 Tbsp recharge per gallon every watering (3 gallons 2-3 times per week).
One watering had 1tbspn/gal of kelp meal added to recharge and bubbles for 36 hours.
Red rigglers busy eating all the microbes and crapping out free nutes.
This pot is the burial spot of my rodent friend Stuart, who I couldn’t find in the nutrient list. Stuart got his head stuck in my mouse trap :( his memory will smoke on over the next few years. Buried about 6 inches deeps, sprinkled with bakashi and buried with full mouse honors (I spit on him).
Few more banana peels added this week.
The end of week comes to a close and she is starting to stretch a bit more. Simple feeding routine of compost tea and recharge. Decomposing crap (banana peels,’leaves, tables scraps, “Stuart” are feeding my plants with the microbes help.
Did light defoliation to get some lower buds a little more light. Recharge only this week, albeit the pot has earth worms composting banana peels and general compost and working with the microbes in the super soil to feed this beast.
This plant consumed -4x4.5 feet space in my 8x4.
Almost there! She is starting to fade, under one week to go!
Just water this week. These are starting to pack on the weight. Triches are about 5% amber.
Looks beautiful! I've just started first grow in my planned living soil tent and appreciate your diaries and updates.
Curious, how do you water? How often?
@herbalistssword,
I water as the plant needs it(generally every other day) a few gallons. Since you are just starting in living soil - you don’t want to water to runoff- just keep it moist. I grow in bags, so I feel the bottom of the bag, moist - don’t water- dry, water.
