Gave them a tiny feeding of only 1ml of fox farm bloom and 1ml of cal mag also started lst on the bigger plant that is 3 days ahead

It is not in flower yet, but it is showing it sex. Those are the female pistils that have begin to form. Since, this is an autoflower, you should consider this the start of pre-flower, as the phases go very fast. Auto's will show their sex very early, and begin flowering very early. You are on wk4, so right on time for an auto flower.

Looks like a ph spot. Check your runoff ph and ec levels and make sure your at the proper levels 6.3 to 6.5 for veg. Cheers
