4 Automatic strains in 1 flat 30l bucket

cevat_kelle Hello everyone. My first serious grow ever. Depending on the maturation time, I planted the WW first, as it takes about 12 weeks on average. The other strains will be added 1-2 weeks later so they finish at the same time, and I can manage the nutrients for the growth-flowering transition somewhat. I'm following the HESI Hydro growing scheme. The LEDs are 2x Geeklight Monsterboard V4. But during the seedling stage, only one panel is turned on and even then it's dimmed to 60-70%. The big plant has made it too. I have to say that the root of the test grows broke off 3/4 after 5 days of germination. That's why it has a bonsai stature. I will keep it in growth until the autos are finished. White Widow Auto - 09.23.2020 EDIT: Sad news. Unfortunately, the White Widow didn't make it. I think I must have unknowingly damaged the plant 5 days ago. I noticed by chance that the stem below the lower third was injured. I just wanted to keep "bending" it since it was growing very quickly. I tried to handle it very gently, everything was fine until I saw the next day that it had bent over and torn at the bent spot. Well, I still wanted to save it. I opened the rock wool cube in half and tried to wrap the plant from the bent position. That worked until now, but today I noticed that it wasn't growing at all, turned yellow, and ultimately collapsed. Something similar happened to my test grow (see photo: the 3-month-old plant far left). The root broke off there too. That's why it won't grow bigger and stays small. Well, I call that a start to my hobby grower career ;_( . To get back to the WW. When I checked today to see what was happening with the injured spot, new root tentacles were growing, and they were really thick. Well, long story short. I threw it away and yesterday, on October 9, 2020, I planted a new WW. Plus a Green Gelato on October 6, 2020. A shame about the time, but I believe everyone has to gain experience. The Green Gelato popped after 3 days, and I then potted it in the freed bucket from the former White Widow. I'll post photos of the new WW when it pops. Wish me luck this time, guys. PS: The pepper/chili is doing well by the way :)... I think.

cevat_kelle Water is 2/3 RO, 1/3 tapwater. I got finally Epsomsalt and feed the plants accordingly with 0,2g/l and also foliage feed with 2% solution to match 3:1 Cal/Mag I have to correct daily my Ph. Since the pots are 1l pots and are filled only 1/3 they jump to 6.4 from 5.8 in one day.

cevat_kelle Since I have tipburns on all plants I raised the lamp to 60cm and even lightend the nutrient solution. Since I am using Epsomsalt the light green color become better. The bagseed I also lowered the EC to 0,780mS. The germinated seedlings get and will get only tapwater for 10-14 days now. But maybe the tapater ppm of 800uS is still too much.

cevat_kelle Temps are around 24°C, PH 5.8-6.4 (must correct them every day since they jump to 6.4 the next day), I reduced the light schedule to 18/6 to give them more rest to build sugars at night (The growth seemed to slow to me somehow, when I compared to other grows here on GrowDiaries). I now use RO Water completely. Feeding is now with Calcinit for calcium and epsom salt for magnesium (3/1 relation at different stages of grow. Calcium at early vegetative, veg, bloom in milligrams per litre 80/100/120). Green Gelato is 13cm and White Widow 11cm. Purple Queen didn't make it. I saw very fine white mold on it and throw it away since it did stop growing. Trying to germinate a new Purple Queen for 3 days. Not popped yet. The bagseeed is growing verry well (The biggest plant)

cevat_kelle The Photos are from 17.11.2020. - The big plant shows problems. I Made a new fresh nutrient solution instead of pouring only water the last weeks (because of high EC around 1.8mS. But not reacted since 15.11. - AK-420 got mold on the roots, so I made also a new solution and also washed the roots with h2o2 (1%) and pebbles and pot with 3% H2O2. I think it won't make it anyway. - 2nd purple queen did not pop after 5 days, so I planted a new one on 8.11. - The Green Gelato shows also some problems, but i read today, that the reason could be the small pot size. - White Widow looks fine so far. - Chili/paprika look also good. I transplanted 15.11 the Green Gelato and White Widow now into the big plastic box. It has 30l but i filled it with 15l Water and added the nutrients and I am also using calcinit and epsom salt for cal/mag. The ratio is 3:1. I now use only RO water.

cevat_kelle Water is not changed since 15.11. I only add water+nutrients. EC 1.8-2.2

cevat_kelle Since I have different plants at different grow phases I am mixing the nutrientsolution a little bit. The wWhite Widow was bad genetics I think. It is always droopy and its flowiering stage is also somehow dull. It is 3 day older than the Green Gelato. The AK-420 has genetically topped one, has 3 mainbranches that ı tied down. And the Purple Queen is also getting somewhere.

cevat_kelle Green Gelato: 6.01.2021 will be 12 Weeks exact White Widow: 9.01.2021 will be 12 Weeks exact AK-420: 9 Weeks Purple Queen: 7 Weeks Water is the same. I had for some days EC over 2.4. This is why I have have some tipburns on the leaves all. I managed not and brought it to 2.0. But some liter water out and put some RO Water in. White Widow still droopy and the buds wont get bigger. They still look so immature. Seedbag died. It was also very droppy for soem days then I thoght root rot and put some 3% H2O2 into the water only 50ml into 3 litre water for some minutes then poured all water out washed the roots with tap water cleaned the pot with h2o2 and renewed the nutrietientswater. Since then it died. Dont know why.

cevat_kelle New Photos 4 days later. Not changed much. Added new 5 Litres RO Water with Cal/Mag + littlebit nutrients since the EC was too high @ 2.6mS. So now its @ 2.0. So we have 4 strains 4 differents Phänotypes and all in one pot under same conditions and everyone reacts differently to stress and nutriensituations. The WhiteWidow had problems from the beginning. It still has no root issues whatsoever she is loosing now colour and had still not developed right bud strukture.

cevat_kelle White Widow is harvested, since there was no any further growth or development for 3 weeks. Trimmed some bigger leaves. Roots were ok. No rootrot at all. They were just a littlebit darker than normal. But it was like that for the whole lifetime. The last 11 pictures are 3 days later than the 7 first. I harvested the topbud since the trichomes were 30% amber. The lower parts of the buds they haev still clear trichs. So I harveted some branches but will harverst the rest later. I set the plant in a RO-tapwater mixture @ 5.9 PH and EC @ 300mS. So I will flussh for 3 days from today the 23.01.2021. Will harvest the rest in 3 days. Today

cevat_kelle I harvested the mainbud and some other branches some days before so I added their wet weights also to the todays harvest. I waited until the lower parts also get cloudy trichomes but I cant wait anymore since the trichomes on the top buds are now 50/50. Before the harvest I potted the Green Gelato in another pot with only RO-water for 4 days now. Will now see if there is a difference in taste and quality. I always start LSTing from 3rd week on, when the branches still flexible to bend. I didnt do it on White Widow though it was real small and weak to be bent on somewhere.

cevat_kelle Here also. Very Fluffy buds like the other strains. The berry smell is gone after drying. And also it doesnt taste like something. Disappointed.

cevat_kelle Only RO-Water. Still has 1,4mS salts in it. I cut the water every day with 1-2 liters. Yesterday it was @ 1.6mS. but in 1 or 2 weeks I hope htey will be ready. Will wait until the Purple Queen starts to fade. Still has not so many trichomes.

cevat_kelle So it's done AK-420 Auto and Purple Queen Auto are harvested. Around 300g together wet. One week later 46g dry. Thebuds are fluffy. Dont know what ı did wrong. Smells tastes like it smells. Very sticky.
