So trying to get my grow and weeks to match. Screwed up the first entry for week one. Girls are at day 12 today and are trucking along. When lights come on today 10/18 I will water for 2nd time since planting. On Tuesday day 14 I'll be starting nutes at 1/4 strength
Day 21, girls are doing good. Been feeding 1.5g per gal of MC newest one part version about every 3 days. Grew 1 " in 24 hrs. Two different sizes of plants same structure though
So started late on both girls as well as topped both on Oct 29, actual numbers in nutes is 2.5g per gal MC, 1g BE, and 2 tsp of grandma's robust molasses. Light down to 18" as girls are definitely in preflower. Continued bending girls until I was scared of snapping one. Might be replacing my hollandstar blurple with different led... Wednesday Nov 4 fed girls 750ml of 2.5g MC, 1g BE, and 2tsp molasses. Saturday, noticed a touch of nute burn on a couple fans so keeping nutes the same. Definite flower mode now.
So, on Sunday I noticed my hollandstar x5 blur ole cob had 2 out of five led units burnt out. Made an order to Mars hydro for a TS600 arrived on Tuesday and installed that night. Fed girls that day 750ml of 2.5g MC, 1g BE, and 2tsp molasses per gal. Noticed that solution smelled “funny” and I’m thinking fermentation... so dropping molasses out of the feed schedule. Today, day 39 I fed girls 3g MC, and 1g BE at 1000ml each. Girls are doing great! Removed a couple leaves from bottoms that were discolored due to nutrient drip during feedings. That’s all for now!
So far everything seems to be going good, Monday-I fed girls 1000 ml each of 3g per gal MC, 1g per gal BE.
Thursday-I fed girls 500 ml ea of 3g p/gal MC and 1g p/gal BE. Light defol on both to open them up and get light to lowers.
Saturday- fed girls 1000ml each of 3.25 grams per gal MC, 1.25 grams per gal BE noticing slight mute burn on tips gonna keep nute levels same for now. According to breeder these should be done in about 28 days, Dec 20 but I know they might go longer... we shall see!
All in all everything is going good. Today is Saturday 11/28 day 53 above soil.
Wednesday- girls were fed 600ml each of 3.25g MC and 1.25g BE
Saturday- today- fed girls 1000ml each of 3.0g MC and 1.0g BE. Nute burn wasn’t getting worse but I don’t want to push them too hard and start getting stress manners. Breeders time puts me out about 22 days from harvest. I’ll prob start flush in 10 days. Might add molasses back in for the last 2 wks. Also noticed girls are a few days apart in maturity. Runt is almost bigger than big girl so one in back is runt...
Girls are trucking right along. Today is day 60 of breeders recommended 75 days.
Dec 1st- fed girls 600ml each of 3gpg MC, 1gpg BE
Dec 4th- fed girls weak solution of 2gpg MC at 500ml each.
Starting 14 day flush tomorrow. I’ll have to get some trachoma pics and post them next update!
Started flush last Sunday. Next Sunday they get the chop they have been easy to grow. At start of flush, aroma intensified/doubled they will get two days of dark time starting Friday morning.
Seemed that I over nuted them a little at one point. Seems like a very resilient strain that handled small mistakes by me in stride! Will grow this strain again. This was my best indoor harvest ever! I’ll be updating when I have final dry weight and a month later flavor / feel report!
Final weight for both was 73 g. Big girl, the sweet one, weighed 37g. Mild sweet aroma during clip down. Runt, the gassy one, weighed 36 g. Carried her cloying sweet gas aroma right through clip down.
Gave them another drink of well water ph 6.5 500 ml each . That’s the last for them. Tomorrow at 6am the lights go off for the final time on these ladies. A nice 48 hr nap then Sunday morning, Harvest! Will post pics and such before and after. Wet wt. etc...
Started flush 12/6. 1.5 gal well water, 6.5 ph for both. Wait 10 minutes. .5 gal then wait 5 then both girls back into closet just in time for lights off. No more nutes from here on out!
@DoDrugs420, she was fine! Absolute dream to grow and smoke got two more in starter cups waiting to pop their heads up. One seed left after that and waiting til I get some CS or STS to start that one cuz HSO/Dinafem gone and can’t get anymore… gonna get some seeds from the last one!
Awesome job I’m running one at the moment, but next time you get nute burn with Megacrop and the additives… use botanicares clearex to help your plants out! Megacrop and all is salt nutrients so using clearex with help take the nutes out to help the plant not stress like she did
