Two weeks old today. Transplanted them with root inoculation powder and beneficial fungus. They are now in coco and I added an inch of clay pebbles to the top for water retention. Will transplant once more in 2 weeks into their final pot 5gal fabric pot.
All but one grew to the 5th node by last Monday. Topped them to the 3rd node so I can begin training them for the scrog. Noticed some minor nutrient burn so I backed off nutrients for a feed then fed the next batch half the original ppm.
Topped the ladies twice this week and transplanted them into their final pots. (5 gallons)
Growth is going pretty quick and they seem to responding to the topping well.
Two more tops and they will be all set for 8 colas per plant.
Did the third topping this week.
Letting the plants grow another few days before the final topping. Currently sitting at 4 mains, two on each side.
Currently at second node. Will cut when the 3rd node is 50% developed.
Going to transplant my last 3 plants into 3 gallon pots and keep them at 4 mains and hope they fit in my tent because I don’t have the heart to kill them.
Good progress this week, all the topping is done, it’s all veg growth from here.
Plants are healthy and responding well to nutrients.
Really exploding with growth every day now.
About 2 more weeks of veg then it’s flower time 😁
Good growth this week, finally done all my topping. Plants exploded with growth after I stopped topping them. Last week before I switch them to flowering.
Plants are all really healthy, no deficiencies and have great color.
Defoliate everything below the screen this week. Plants are shooting up too high, I had to raise my lights to the roof.
Also had to super crop 8 mains, but all 8 of them sprang back up within 24 hours 😩
Hoping they don’t get too tall, I only have about 6 more inches of space before they will be pushing maximum light distance without damaging them. Could be tying or supercropping again if they keep going growing too fast.
Still not much for flowering signs visible. The odd pistil springing but nothing without looking very closely.
