yes small nutrient burn, but it is an easy fix. flush with water. let your plant dry out, continue to feed just use a bit less.
so no stress for you, things will turn out great.

Yes those are looking like a very mild tip burn.. either a nutrient burn, otherwise light can start by burning the tips if they're too hot or too close, which will usually just get the tips of the upper plant not the bottom leaves.
If it's also burning the bottom leaves tips then I would double check your ph, in going and runoff.

i love the mephisto grows. Its true they may be small plants but wow are they mighty! Mine have always made great concentrate plants.
