Day 15 - Starting week 3 and she was starting to get some lower growth going and getting a bit tall so went ahead and started LST with her, a bit earlier than Iβd like but canβt see it hurting her. Soil is still slightly moist so not worrying too much about water for a bit.
Day 16 - Sheβs turned back up to the lights and just waiting for a little more stretching then will tie her down again. Will start working all the lower stuff once they start getting good growth going. Sheβs still good on water so just letting her go.
Day 18 - Sheβs a bit droopy today and tested the soil and was extremely dry so gave her a couple hundred MLβs of plain pHβd water so hopefully sheβll be perked back up tomorrow. Gonna let her get a little more vertical growth and then will continue with the LST.
Day 20 - All still going good and had to give her a bit more water today cause it was pretty dried out. Also continued with the LST so hopefully now some of the lower growth can start taking off now.
Day 21 - End of week 3 and she raised back to light but a bit droopy. I didnβt give her much water yesterday so hoping she just needs some but will give her a day or two more to see how sheβs doing. Her lower growth is really starting to take off now so tucked a few of those giant fan leaves to try and open her up to the light.
I just noticed yesterday that Iβm starting to have a significant amount of roots shooting through the bottom of the pot. This far into the grow, would you recommend transplanting into a 5 gallon fabric or you think sheβll be ok?
I wouldn't transplant an auto this far into the grow, you will have a significant reduction in yield. When growing in fabric pots the roots will air prune once they break through the pot material and force the plant to send out new roots laterally, so you won't get root bound. Long story short, she'll be fine just the way she is. Happy growing.
Hey did you manage to see amber trichomes before chopping her down ?
Cz i still cant and it's about damm time i take mine's down too ? (Growing the same strain as you and probably mine's in its 13th week so far )
