Day 22 - Starting week 4 and sheβs still kind of droopy and tested the soil again and very dry so went ahead and gave her some water until runoff and tested it as well and came out as 6.7 pH. I removed two of the bigger fan leaves so now lower stuff is wide open to the light. Continued with LST as well so now just want her to start getting some more stretching. Next watering Iβll give her the first dose of nutrients.
Day 25 - Sheβs looking a lot better after getting some water and she took off a bit with some growth. I had to retie and readjust some of the pipe cleaners to clear the way for more light and all is looking good now. Sheβs got a few pistils starting to show as well. Next watering, Iβll give her the first dose of nutes.
Day 26 - Did a little bit of defoliating today and removed a couple giant fan leaves blocking everything below. Also did a little readjusting to the pipe cleaners and now everything is open for her to start stretching.
Day 27 - Did a little readjusting of the pipe cleaners and such again today and all looks good. I did give her a little over a gallon of water and first real dose of veg nutes but that will probably be the only one. Sheβs starting to pop some pistils and such so next actual feeding, sheβll probably be in flower.
Day 28 - The end of week 4 and did some more LST and adjusting of the pipe cleaners, she looks really nice and open now. Hopefully, sheβll start a bit of stretching now. I went and ship one of the COB lights off to see if that helps with some vertical growth now, thinking it might be too much light early in the grow.
I just noticed yesterday that Iβm starting to have a significant amount of roots shooting through the bottom of the pot. This far into the grow, would you recommend transplanting into a 5 gallon fabric or you think sheβll be ok?
I wouldn't transplant an auto this far into the grow, you will have a significant reduction in yield. When growing in fabric pots the roots will air prune once they break through the pot material and force the plant to send out new roots laterally, so you won't get root bound. Long story short, she'll be fine just the way she is. Happy growing.
Hey did you manage to see amber trichomes before chopping her down ?
Cz i still cant and it's about damm time i take mine's down too ? (Growing the same strain as you and probably mine's in its 13th week so far )
