heavy defoliation and strugling to keep them on level, they are sativa and indica so I just have to my best :) The defoil is always a hard discussion but it seems to help the plants in my conditions. I usually do two defoils in flower. The first after a couple of weeks and then when it's really started to bloom,to distribute light as evenly as possible.
