Tent is filling out nicely. I love the dark shades on Red Mandarin #1. Almost a blue compared to the lime green hues of it's neighbors. Bubba Kush is hauling butt to catch up with the others. Red Mandarin #2 is recovering well from the split. Everyone else is doing really well under LST. I will probably be switching to flower in about a month or so. Today sometime I will probably tuck some of the bushy fan leaves under the strings, allowing light down to the undergrowth. I ordered a Yuanhui light from Alibaba; hopefully that comes soon to help fill out the tent some more. Right now they are placed so close together as to maximize the amount of light they get from my 1 board.
Every now and then I like to bake the foliage I get and I figured I'd attach a recipe. The taste reminds me of pumpkin seeds and potato chips. They even crunch audibly. Very satisfying.
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly oil the leaves, I use olive oil. You don't have to but I like to season them with a little salt and cayenne pepper.
Depending on how big and thick the leaf is cooking times vary. I'd say 5-7 minutes for little leaves, 7-10 for bigger leaves. But really just until they are cripsy to the touch without looking burned. I know mine are done when the stem dries out too instead of being soggy.

@spirttomb, every days a school day and hey no worrys I bought a book by Jorge cervantez cannabis bible tells u everything u could ever need to no. more for advanced growers but I took alot from it being a novice, along with mr cannuck on you tube aswell as hygrohybrid cannabis lifestyle pidgeons 420 and mr grow it all on YouTube. now to find this site I think im pretty confident and content with those sources for information.
Also that book is worth a read its on amazon and the YouTube channels stated have really stimulated my noodle and been a blessing during lockdown hope im not over stepping here just passing on where I have been previously sourcing my info and as I say kept me busy and happy ๐. Happy growing buddy
@Syrunz, I added photos to this week of the clipping. Upon further inspection under the digital eye you are right it isn't the trichomes that are red but the flower itself. Thanks for the info! I think I misconstrued information from somewhere.
@spirttomb, looking at what u got going on im sure ur updates will be boss.. those colours and buds ๐ช
i have never heard of blood red trichomes before.. either way very impressive and no worrys on the follow is a big positive having the chance to follow a crop that catches my eye... liking this grow diary's day 1 and im very happy.
