The buds are filling in nicely. I was having trouble with the soils pH being a bit high but i think ive brought it down to a decent level. Ive just been watering with a lower pHd solution. Ive been using lemon juice to drop the pH of the solution. The runoff is now at 6.8. It was around 7.8 last week. The plant is having a little bit of deficiency as you can see in the leaves. Im guessing this is because she is putting a lot of energy in flowering and the soils pH was off causing a lockout. All in all though, she's doing well.
It looked like my plants experienced some nute burn beginning of week after last feeding. Novice mistake, but I quickly flushed with water at 7pH. First runoff was near 2000ppm 😮😮 after flushing, runoff was near 600ppm.
She is nearing harvest time. Purple colors are starting to become more pronounced on the top buds. Probably wait a week or so. Happy growing everyone! Update: i will be letting the soil dry out and chop her down. She looks ready judging by her trichs.
Harvest day has arrived on day 67 for this little lady. I will update on weight/effects after the dry which will hopefully take between 4-7 days.
Update: 1 month cure. So the flowers are very pretty, full of trichomes and they are also fluffy but dense at the same time. She is definitely a relaxing smoke, I like her at the end of the day. She is not really potent so she won't knock you out unless you use a lot i suppose. She doesn't have a very strong flavor profile but definitely some earthy notes. I'm not the best at describing flavors and smells sorry. All in all a very nice flower that I am glad I have had the chance to try.
She was a pretty easy plant to grow. There were a lot of leaves compared to flower during trimming, but they were pretty full with trichomes. The buds are not dense but more airy, they are sticky and smell pretty nice. I dried the whole plant upside down in large paper bags. It took 6 days before I trimmed, smells good going into the jars for curing and I hope it stays that way! 😁 Thanks for following! Happy growing🤙
