Luv2Grow Day 1 - Officially calling today day 1, her taproot was sticking out the bottom of the peat pellet so decided to plug her into her 3 gallon fabric pot and into the tent. Now just gonna let her do her thing for awhile and keeping a glass over her for higher humidity. Day 2 - Nothing major happening today, just doing what I can to keep her going and the humidity up. Gonna keep the glass over her for a bit and just misted the inside of the glass and the top of the soil. Day 4 - Nothing new to update today, just gave the soil a light spray of water and the inside of the glass as well. Nice and steady growth so far. Day 6 - So far so good and nothing much to speak of, gave her another spray of water and in the inside of the glass. Day 7 - End of week 1 and growth seems to be going well. Not really doing much with her but spraying the top of the soil a bit and the inside of the glass to keep humidity up a bit for her.

Luv2Grow Day 8 - Starting week 2 and she’s doing good so far. Still just misting the soil a bit and spraying the inside of the glass to keep as much humidity in there as I can. Day 11 - So far so good with her but nothing much to report. Still just giving the soil a light mist of water and removed the glass so the fans wind can start hitting her and strengthening her stem. Day 12 - Nothing major or new today. I did give her a little bit of water a few inches outside of the main stem and just letting her go. I did add a couple inches of soil to the pot as well so she’s a bit sturdier and the pot is just about filled up now. Day 13 - She needed water again already so gave her a little bit with veg nutes as well but only at about a quarter dose. Day 14 - Ending week 2 today and overall looking good. I shut off one of my two COB lights to see if I can get a little more stretching from her, thinking the two lights on was just too powerful.

Luv2Grow Day 16 - Starting week 3 and overall she’s looking good and seems to be gaining a little bit more height with the second light turned off. Gave her a little bit of water today about 6 inches out from the base. Day 17 - All still going well and not much happening with her right now. Just took her out for some updated pictures. Day 19 - Overall she’s still doing good. Didn’t really have much to do with her today but did give her a little bit of water but other than that, just letting her go a bit and hoping to start some LST around day 21 or so but we’ll see what she’s looking like at that point. Day 20 - Looking good still and not much to update other than I don’t think she’ll be ready to start LST on day 21, she’s still a bit small but hopefully by the end of the week she’ll be ready. Day 21 - Ending another week and I just may start some LST tomorrow. Her undergrowth seems like it’s starting to take off a bit now so want to get it exposed to the lights and get it stretching more.

Luv2Grow Day 22 - Starting week 4 and some of the lower growth is starting to get some good growth now so I’ll probably give her another few days then will start some LST with her. Soil was pretty dried out so gave her a bit of water and a light dose of veg nutes today. Day 23 - Though about starting some training today but decided to hold off, I like her to be a little taller. Just gonna let her go until I feel it’s the right time to start. Day 24 - She’s still not ready to do any training yet so just letting her go. She did need a bit of water today so she got some plain pH’d water. Day 26 - Still not ready to do any LST with her so just gave her a once over and snapped some updated pictures, all is going well. Day 27 - All is still going well and still don’t want to do any LST with her just yet. I did remove 4 big fan leaves that is casting quite a shadow on the lower stuff. Now that they’re getting good light now, I’ll start tying those out in a few days. Might just let the main cola go and tie down everything else. Day 28 - The end of week 4 and she ended up being thirsty too so gave her a nice dose of veg nutes. Other than that, she seems to be ok after removing a few fan leaves yesterday but don’t think she’s fully recovered yet but should be fine in a few days.

Luv2Grow Day 29 - Starting week 5 and still not showing any signs of flower yet and that’s fine cause she’s still a tad bit small right now. Her main branch is too stiff now so won’t be tying it down at all but I did tie out 4 or 5 lower branches. Day 31 - Doing good still and should be ready for some water in another couple of days. Just did what I could to tuck the two bigger fan leaves on top cause they’re blocking light to the lower sites I’ve got tied out. Day 33 - Went and removed the two giant fan leaves from the top and tied down a few more branches. She was pretty thirsty so she got about a gallon of plain pH’d water. She’s finally starting to show a few pistils as well. Day 34 - Nothing much to speak of today, just did a little adjusting to the tie downs today and did notice that she’s thrown out a few more pistils. Hopefully I can get her set up and ready for flower and the stretch. Day 35 - Ending week 5 today and did a bunch more LST with her and got her spread pretty decently now. She’s showing a few more pistils as well so thinking and hoping she’ll be into flower in another week or so.

Luv2Grow Day 36 - The start of week 6 and did a little more training with her and readjusted some of the tie downs that were already in use. She also should be ready for a bit of water in the next day or so and since she seems to be going through it pretty quick, I’ll up it to about a gallon and a half. Day 37 - She’s definitely starting to come alive and had to a bunch more adjusting and such to the branches I’ve got tied down. Will continue working the LST with her until her branches won’t let me anymore. She’ll be ready for some water tomorrow. Day 38 - This young girl was ready for water today so she got about a gallon of plain pH’d water. Next watering she’ll get her first dose of flowering nutes since she’s really throwing out some pistils and looking like she’s about to start. I also did a little adjusting to the pipe cleaners and she’s responding really well to all the training so far. Day 40 - All the branches that I’ve got tied down and starting to catch up to the main branch and they’re all throwing pistils everywhere now. Looking like all the major LST is done for now and will continue with some minor training here and there when she needs it. Day 41 - All is going well and she’s starting to do quite a bit of stretching now and definitely into the flower phase now. I did a little leaf tucking with her and she’ll get some nutes and water tomorrow. Day 42 - The end of week 6 and she got 2 gallons of water and flower nutes and did a little tucking of the leaves. She’s at the point of stretching almost an inch each day so looking forward to when she’s done and starts packing on the weight.

Luv2Grow Day 43 - Starting week 7 today and this will be the first full week of flower. I gave her the first dose of flower nutes yesterday and all seems well. She’s been stretching over and inch every day the past couple days so looking forward to her stretching to stop and her starting to pack on the flowers. Day 44 - Nothing to really speak of today, she’s still doing her stretch. Just really took her out for some updated pictures and to give her a once over/tuck some leaves. Day 47 - All is going well and she’s still doing a bit of stretching but all the bud sites are starting to fill in a bit now. The soil was starting to get dry so she got 2 full gallons of plain water today. She doesn’t look like she’ll need much defoliating, she’s not a very leafy girl so most likely I’ll just let her go. Day 48 - All is going well and she’s starting to get a bit of frost going now so looking forward to seeing what kind of smell she’ll put out. I did remove a couple bigger fan leaves from the top today but just tucked everything else. Day 49 - The end of week 7 for this girl and looking like her stretching is slowing down a bit, only a little over a half an inch the last 24 hours. On the other hand the frost is really starting to come out on her and looking forward to seeing everything fill in.

Luv2Grow Day 50 - Starting week 8 and looks like her stretching has just about stopped and hopefully now she’ll really start packing on the flowers. She’s getting fairly dry already so she’ll get another round of plain water tomorrow then the feeding after that, she’ll get some nutes. She’s got a couple of burnt tips from the nutes but not many so I’ll continue at the dosage I’m using. Day 52 - Didn’t get the chance to update yesterday but she got two gallons of water and nutes. I’m seeing a few leaves starting to lighten up a bit so thinking she’s gonna need higher doses of nutes so next feeding I’ll up the dosage. Other than that, just trying to keep everything tucked nicely in the tent and the flowers are really starting to stack up nicely. Day 54 - Overall she’s looking good and really starting to pack on the flowers. I am a little worried because she’s got a little yellowing going on with some of the upper to middle leaves but not too bad. Hoping I fixed the issue with a nutrient feeding the other day cause pH and everything are all good, right in mid to upper 6’s. Just gonna keep an eye on her and make sure it doesn’t get worse. As long as she’s packing on flower, she should be ok. Day 55 - All still looking good and not noticing any new leaves yellowing so hoping I caught the deficiency early enough. Other than that, flowers are really filling in nicely. She’s got another day or two before she needs some water.

Luv2Grow Day 57 - Starting week 9 today and she’s stacking up beautifully and already layered with frost. I really don’t want to do much defoliating right now but it’s looking like she might need a little bit soon but will just keep everything as tucked as I can. She got 2 gallons of plain water today and will get a dose of nutrients next feeding. Day 59 - Looks like feeding her a bit more and stronger seems to of helped cause the leaves color seems to be much better now and not noticing any new yellowing, so hopefully the deficiency is fixed. Other than that, her flowers are stacking beautifully and she’ll probably need some water in another day or two. Day 60 - Everything is going good overall still and no more real yellowing of the leaves. She’ll be ready for some water and nutes tomorrow. Day 61 - All still looks good with this girl and she was definitely ready for some water. Gave her 2 gallons of water and nutes today. Day 62 - All is well with this girl and enjoy watching the flowers stack up on her. Nothing much going on with her so just took her out for updated pictures and tucked the leaves when I put her back in the tent, might do a light defoliating in a couple days. Day 63 - The end of week 9 and though she’s got a couple weeks left, she’s finishing up pretty quickly. All kinds of frost on her and buds are getting nice and plump. She’s good on water and should be for another couple of days. Might do a little defoliating on watering day as well.

Luv2Grow Day 64 - Starting week 10 today and she was dried out and read for water so she got two gallons of plain pH’d water. Other than that, there’s not much to speak of other than I’ll do a little defoliating on Thursday so a couple lower bud sites will be opened up more. Day 68 - All looking good still and looking like she doesn’t have much more time left, she’s finishing quicker than I thought. Her trichs are about 75% milky and 25% clear so I think she’s got about 2 weeks or so left. She was pretty dry so she got one more round of nutes and then will be just plain water till the end. Day 69 - She’s still chugging along nicely. No issues from her feeding of nutes yesterday and she’s still fattening up each day. Couple little spots where she could definitely still fill in but she’s got a little bit of time left so I’m sure she will. Day 70 - The end of week 10 and looking over the trichs today, she’s just about all milky, was pretty hard to find any clear and picked out a couple amber in there. So it’s looking like she’s got a week or a little more left but will make my decision to chop when she has the amber I’m looking for, about 25-30%.

Luv2Grow Day 71 - Starting week 11 and she’s coming down the end. She’s mostly milky and can’t really see but a couple clear trichs in there, plus a few amber. I’m just waiting now for her to get about 25% amber then I’ll chop. Should be ready for some water in another day or so and read somewhere to give her iced water so gonna try that and see what it does. Loving all the orange and yellow colors that are coming out in her and such a sweet strong smell. Day 72 - She’s was dried out so gave her 2 gallons of water with 5ML of MagiCal and 80ML of Sugardaddy from Technaflora to try and finish her up. She’s probably got about 10ish days left, all milky trichs now and can see she’s starting to amber up a bit more. This could possibly be her last watering but may give her one more drink before chopping. Day 73 - No updates really, just waiting for her to dry up and get the chop. Still watching the trichs and all milky with a few amber still. Day 75 - Still just waiting for her to amber up before chopping and hopefully she’ll get a bit fatter before hand. She’s already rock hard and smells amazingly sweet, should end up being a good smoke in the end. Day 76 - She’s getting a little more amber in here so this is going to be her final week. I’ll give her one more drink of plain water tomorrow and let her dry out till chop day. Day 77 - Ending week 11 and gave her her last drink of water tonight. She’s gonna a ton more amber trichs so will be chopping her some point this weekend, possibly Sunday. She’s showing some amazing colors and smell as well!

Luv2Grow Day 78 - Starting week 12 and her final week and man o man she’s gonna be amazing. She’s almost to the percentage of amber trichs that I’m looking for so she’ll be getting the chop this weekend and planning on doing it Sunday, just waiting for her to dry out. Day 79 - She ambered up quite a bit the last 24 hours and she’s almost dried up so will most likely do the chop on Friday. Nice, fat and dense buds and can wait to give this girl a try. What an easy grow this has been. Day 80 - Decided I’m going to give her until Sunday now for the chop. Going out of town for two days and don’t want to rush chopping her tomorrow night. So ended up giving her 2 more gallons of cold plain water and the way she was drinking, she should be ready Sunday evening. Day 82 - She’s actually fattened up quite a bit more the past couple days and on track to chop tomorrow. Heading out of town for the night and she’s pretty much dried up and should be good for an evening chop.

Luv2Grow Update 20 Jan 2021 - Well starting the cure a bit earlier than I’d like cause I’m having issues getting the humidity up so she dried up quick. Working on rehydrating her a bit and have her in mason jars now. Ended of with 88 grams of rock solid buds. Still want it to rehydrate and cure a bit before trying her out. What can I say, a very simple and easy grow. Had absolutely no issues during the grow and ended up with 380 grams of SOLID wet bud. Even some of the lower buds that didn’t get much light are pretty rock solid. Going by the smell and solidness of the buds, I got a feeling this is gonna be a too 2 strain, if not number 1. Looking forward to growing this one again and as soon as I harvest another plant, I’ll probably start another one of these.
