1) the plant will produce acids that will drop the ph , especially in weeks 3-6 2) the plant will eat nutrients dropping the ppm/EC , and drink water for transpiration 3) pull the big fan leaves to get more light to bud sites, 4) is there a fan in the room /tent ? 5) dont worry about pulling off leaves , but always leave at least one inch of stalk , stops bud rot into plants 6) purple stems is more often a genetic factor than a nutrient issue , but can also be caused by cold nights . 7) don't worry 😉

Your plants look ultra healthy, and you are clearly an accomplished grower. Your photography, however, does not meet the site’s criteria we all agreed to upon signing up- “Turn blurple, purple, and other non white lights off for photography”. Or something to that effect, but not in those words most likely. And with good reason, because it is hard on the viewer, and more importantly, we can’t appreciate the beauty of your plants in that light. I hope you accept this gentle criticism neutrally. Continued good growing, sir, and happy harvest.

1. How large is your reservoir in gallon or liters? 2. how many plants does it feed? or is it 1 per plant? 3. How much nutrient solution is in the reservoir? 4. What are you using to adjust your pH of your reservoir? 5. What was the initial pH and PPM you set your solution at? how much did they drop and in what length of time? 6. You mention that the reservoir level dropped since you changed it. How much? that was in how many days? Give us a little more information and so we can better help you out. What you are experiencing could be completely normal depending on your answers.

@Chronik_king, as I said earlier, that's normal, when the pH is getting out of range, top of the way I mentioned, the amounts you'll have to figure out yourself since that depends on you reservoir volume and particular strain. Check your tap water PPM, you might need calmag is its too low.

@@Athos, correct just res fluctuations and water source is tap

@Chronik_king, so there's not really a problem with their health? Just the fluctuations in the reservoir?
