Long story short. grow lights for germination were way too close to the five babies for 2 days and they ended up folding in on themselves (I had confused the distance with these cfos I used for germination before and it was way, way too much). That’s fine in the end as the strongest one has now been repotted to be the future Blue Dream tree. One big plant is what I’ve been wanting to grow anyways, now on my third grow (even if this mistake doesn’t look like it).
The solo plant seems happy in its new big pot, 18/6 schedule, refreshed BioBizz soil and just pH adjusted water and attention to light distance for the next couple of weeks. I quite learned from my last grow about over-eagerness to give nutrients at this point so nothing to add this time, just let this baby recover after its initial light abuse. Here’s to seeing this plant grow strong with love and attention. I’m just not great at this but love the engagement especially these days with watching these babies mature.
Thank you for reading!
