No Sir, PH is between 5 and 7 perfect for soil, and I don't know what water overflow is...
I did burned them with too much ligh early on, due to the small germination box space and the tent was finishing.
Later on I overwatered them and then after a couple of days transplanted to a humid soil just to make it worse..
I was thinking to chop them and start over but decided to continue, despite the fact that they are shi##y, and never will recover fully in time.
3 most comum problems are overwater, too much light and too many nutrients. If you are interested check The Grow Boss youtube channel.
