Here I am back for another grow and this one I'm excited about. I've been dying to try this strain for a while now and I finally get the chance. The strain that will be featured in this grow will be FastBuds Original Auto Chemdawg !!! They describe the strain as being a plant that will have stunning compact, thick buds that have a chunky pointy appearance. The calyxes will be small and packed closely together with an abundance of pistils covering the buds. Her resin profile is extremely impressive and the fragrance she releases is astoundingly dank. They also say that due to her potency, she is a wise choice for smokers with a high tolerance that enjoy a narcotic high and are lovers of overpowering flavors. As usual, I've listed the equipment that will be featured in this grow before getting into the germination process. Equipment Used: Hydro Planet 2x4x5 Grow Tent 3-Gallon Plastic Pot Happy Frog Soil Vivosun 300 watts Full Spectrum Grow Light Vivosun 4" inch Exhaust Fan Vivosun Carbon Filter Vicks Cool Mist Humidifier 4 Desk Fans Acurite Hygrometer Saturday, October 24th,2020 7:00 pm Placed Fastbuds Original Chemdawg Auto into a shot glass with ph water, ph was 6.29 Sunday, October 25th,2020 3:23 pm Made sure seed had sunk to the bottom of the shot glass and it had. Monday, October 26th,2020 9:09 pm Seed went was placed into a paper towel and was moistened with the water that was in the shot glass, then placed into plastic ware. Wednesday, October 28th,2020 6:09 pm The taproot had finally reached the right length and was placed into a 3-gallon plastic pot along with Happy Frog soil, that I lightly misted with ph balanced water. Saturday,October 31st,2020 12:00 pm Went to check on the Original Chemdawg Auto it had finally reached the top of the soil. It still has a bit of the shell husk on one of its cotyledons. The true leaves are still too small to begin counting days. Week 1 3:38 pm 11/3/2020 (Day 1) Felt the true leaves were finally big enough to begin counting days till harvest, so today starts day 1. The seedling is stretching a little bit more than I like so I adjust the light today to fix this issue, along with giving her a few mistings of ph balanced water. 3:17 PM 11/6/2020 (Day 4) Gave Chemdawg it's very first watering. She received 250 ml of water that had a ph of 6.09. 4:57 PM 11/7/2020 (Day 5) Checked on the chemdawg seedling today and she responded very well to her first watering. She's even showing her next set of leaves. 2:03 PM 11/9/2020 (Day 7) Everything is going well as we end Week 1. I decided to go ahead and place the lights within 18" inches of the seedling along with refilling the humidifier. Overall I'm satisfied with what I'm seeing so far, but as we all know autoflowers can be hit or miss sometimes, so hopefully with the great genetics of FastBuds and some good growing conditions this will be a HIT !!! Now it's time for my favorite part of my diary... "S/O TIME"!!! This week's BIG THANK YOU goes to @MadeinCanada who became a new follower to my page. And to all the many others it means a lot to me for you to take the time out of your day to show love, it is much appreciated. So until next week fellow growers and remember ... Week 2 2:06 PM 11/12/2020 (Day 10) Today was a watering day for the Original Chemdawg Auto. The young seedling received 250 ml of water that had a ph of 6.19. Seems to be doing very well and showing growth almost every other day. 12:27 PM 11/15/2020 (Day 13) Got up today and cleaned up the garden, along with giving the Chemdawg auto a watering, she got 250 ml of water with a ph of 6.2 12:22 PM 11/16/2020 (Day 14) Today ends week 2 and things are still going pretty good. I did notice some signs of overwatering from the tips can't be nutrient burn because she hasn't been given any and the soil she's in isn't "Hot" I think it's coming from me misting and watering so I'm cutting out the misting since the humidity is staying at a decent level and watch out on watering even though she has only been watered twice. This coming up week I'll start introducing nutrients. Overall I'm pleased with the growth for this week as I mentioned above she is showing slight signs of overwatering so I'll be cutting out the mistings to help combat that, along with adjusting the light to get it in its sweet spot. I'm also starting Four new diaries this week : Crystal Candy XL Auto, Dark Devil Auto, Red Poison Auto (Sweet Seeds), and Auto Gelato (Female Seeds) with the hopes of adding 3 more strains later this month ( FastBuds, Sumo Seeds, Exotic Seeds). Now it's time for my favorite part of my diary... "S/O TIME"!!! Week 3 5:39 PM 11/18/2020 (Day 16) The plant received a watering today, that had a ph of 6.24 4:05 PM 11/23/2020 (Day 21) Gave the plant it's first feeding today, 2ml Cal-Mag, Micro, and 4ml of Bloom. Topsoil looked a bit too moist for my liking afterward going to watch that. (500 ml ph 6.19) Overall another great week. No problems have been seen so far just a lot of great growth. She also looked very happy after getting a feeding too. Lol So until next week fellow growers and remember ... "Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".

Week 4 4:04 PM 11/25/2020 (Day 23) Checked on the plant after Its first feeding and things are still looking good. 2:39 PM 11/30/2020 (Day 28) The plant received a watering today she got 1 liter of water that had a ph of 6.19 This is more than likely going to be the last week of veg, the plant is already starting to show that she's in the transition to flower, showing pre-flowers and also growing 4" inches in the last week showing she's starting to stretch. It's crazy how all my plants have been given the same thing and in the same environment and two of them look completely different from this one (in a bad way). Another awesome and easy week is in the books for the Original Auto Chemdawg. This lady is in full-on flower and moving "Fast". Lol. I checked on the plant throughout the week and she had not one issue, she didn't even need watering until Day 34. Over the 7-day period she grew 4 1/2 more inches making her 14" inches now, I'm pretty sure she's done stretching but we'll keep an eye on it to make sure. You can also see some trichomes developing, I thought it was a bit early but everyone says that it means she is gonna be a frosty one. I didn't give her any nutrients this week either just water, I've been trying to take it easy with the nutrients to prevent nutrient burn, I've noticed some Fastbuds strains can be easily overfed. Now it's time for my favorite part of my diary... "S/O TIME"!!! This week's BIG THANK YOU goes to @ J4zzM4n who became a new follower of my page. Week 5 was another easy week for the Original Auto Chemdawg, still haven't had an issue with this plant yet, which is one of the reasons I love FastBuds genetics they are just so easy to grow. Over the course of the last 7-days, this lady has also grown another 1.5" inches, while also gaining mass on her flower sites. With the size of the flower sites, I think it's safe to say that she is officially done stretching, but I won't be for sure until at least next week. As I reported last week trichome development had started in Week 5 and it just ramped up, even more in Week 6, she's pretty frosty to only be 6- weeks from seed. I went with my watering schedule of one watering and one feeding this week keeping the ph. both times at 6.29. Well guys that’s going to be all for this week. So, until next time fellow growers, and always remember ... "Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".

Back to report on the Original Auto Chemdawg for Week 3 of Flower (Week 7) and all I can say is " FROSTY". Lol. This lady is looking super frosty and still has a ways to go. I did check her height again and she has officially stopped stretching and is still 15.5" inches tall which is normal for an autoflower I think. Trimmed a couple of dying leaves off her but other than watering and feeding she's been relaxing. Really excited about this one, been dying to try this strain for a while now. Well guys that’s going to be all for this week. So, until next time fellow growers and remember ... "Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".

With this being such a crazy year for everyone this year dealing with the pandemic, it's almost refreshing to say we have reached the end of 2020, so this will be the final update of the year for my FastBuds Original Auto Chemdawg. Watching her over the last week has really got me excited for harvest. Her buds are already super dense and she has a crazy amount of trichomes showing, and this is with her having more time to go still. She's also giving a smell for the ages, as soon as you open up the tent you instantly smell her. I'm also starting to see some amber pistils along with some receding, so this is more than likely this last week she'll be receiving nutrients before I flush her. Since I went back to my normal watering regiment she's been wanting water every two or three days, so this week she received one watering and one feeding both times the ph. was 6.34, I also removed a few dying leaves that she had which is completely normal since she's near her end. Now it's time for my favorite part of my diary... "S/O TIME"!!! This week's BIG THANK YOU goes to @Elpibe who became a new follower of my page. I also wanted to give a super, super shoutout to everyone that showed any kind of support to my diaries whether it being for getting advice or giving advice to me, it was much appreciated and I am very humbled for all of the support and love that I receive here from the Growdiaries community. THANK YOU !!!! I want to wish you all a Happy New Year and may you all be safe and blessed. So, until next time fellow growers and remember ... I am back for what will be the last diary before harvest for my Original Auto Chemdawg. Last week after updating this diary I began the flush. This lady is exactly where I want her to be, fan leaves fading, the trichomes are milky with a few ambers, even the bottom half of the plant is fully developed and ready to go. The smell is so strong, anytime she's out of the tent or when I open the tent, you know it. I'm basically waiting on her to finish drying out from the flush and then she's getting chopped down. I could be more pleased with how things turned out. Now it's time for my favorite part of my diary... "S/O TIME"!!! This week's BIG THANK YOU goes to @GrowerFromHell who became a new follower of my page. This by far is the best strain I've ever grown. The smell is out of this world and when you smoke it, it takes you right into a dream state. During this grow I didn't have any problems that I can recall, she was very easy to grow. I didn't do any training so the yield wasn't the best, but the quality could match a dispensary any day. When she was harvested I did a pre-trim of the fan leaves and dried the plant as a whole, it took 7-days to dry, and then just because I wanted to try it, I put it in the trimbag I won for the grower of the month, and it did exactly as advertised, and gave it a nice trim. Saying that it's sticky is an understatement, the trichomes almost stick to you like glue. Growing wise this strain is perfect for anyone, smoking wise, I wouldn't give this to a newbie unless you wanted them to freak out. Lol. Before I head out another shoutout to FASTBUDS for allowing me to test for them and for providing us with such great genetics. Well, that's going to be all for this grow guys, so until next time fellow growers and remember ..." Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time"
