Waited for the third node to start showing up in the middle of the week and the leaf coverage to reach around the diameter of the solo cups, then transferred to 1 gallon smart pots of coco/perlite mix. Also switched to week 3 nutrients since if anything it looked like the plants were a little deficient up to this point. Buried the stretchy plant deeper in the soil so that the damaged bent part of the stem doesn't take any more abuse from it tipping over, and it looks like it doesn't need the wire to hold it up anymore. Still watering every other day until runoff although it did look like it was drying up a little too quickly right before I transplanted. Overall things look like they are going well, no major issues so far assuming the stretchy one keeps growing fine.
