Germination went fluently, all 5 seeds germinated succesfully thanks to the good quality of Zamnesia & Royal Queen Seeds.
My method of germination is laying the seeds between a cotton pad, drip some water on it, store it in a sealed box and laying it on a heating mat. (25°C ~ )
They all sprouted really nice, only Solomatic #2 sprouted a day later then the rest as you can see from it's height.
Once in a while I spray my plants with some water to keep the humidity up.
They are developing some nice leaves but I think that they are stretching a bit because I've noticed when watering that the stems are to weak and long to support the droplets and they just fall over.
They are growing nice and bushy especially Runtz #3 (wich in in the middle).
I'm giving them more water as they grow and keeping the ground around it hydrated to preserve in insoil nutrients.
I think the growth spurt has started, they are growing really fast now. Runtz #3 has some tiny bubbly deformations on the left leave but it doesn't look like something to be concerned about.
I'm thinking starting with LST on them within the next week, please let me know your opion about this.
I started with LST and the bounced back really nice. I'm thinking of starting Main-Lining next week!
I'm really happy with how they are turning out. One thing that I noticed is that Solomatic #1 (autoflower) is starting to show symptoms of flowering.
This week was a little chaotic, my timer switch broke down so after the weekend I found out my plants received 48 hours of continuous light. I hope this doesn't hurt my plants.
I also starting HST on the plant using my own way of Main-lining wich involves keeping 4 nodes instead of 2. I started with topping and bending.
They bounced back really nice from the topping last week, did some more defoliation and let them heal from the HST.
I'm considering topping them again but I don't know if it's time for flowering?!
I topped them again, I'm now at 24 main cola's and I will top them one more time in the near future.
I also discovered aphid on my plants and ordered eco and edible friendly pesticides.
I think I got rid of the aphids but now I need to deal with the newly discovered fungus gnats. I'm buying flesh eating plants and fly strips to stop them.
This week I also topped for the last time I'm now at 16 nodes per plant that makes a total of 48!

Ik zou ze nog even laten bekomen van de topping, want dit bezorgd hun natuurlijk stress.
Zowiezo is het beter dat je de laatste keer topt, 2 weken voor je de bloei in gaat. Zo hebben ze voldoende tijd om te herstellen en kunnen ze zonder problemen starten om hun mooie toppen te ontwikkelen.

This week I let them recover some more from the toppping and mainly focussed on LST, I also found a solution to the fungus gnats with sticky strips.
I will switch to flower next wednesday, wish me luck!

The Solomatic' CBD crystals are starting to milky up, I will wait untill at least a few of them are ambering before harvesting.
This is the first week flowering and form the bright green look of the main cola's it looks like they accepted it!
They are now growing bigger and bigger by the day.
Sorry for the late update, they are starting to produce buds! I've moved the lamp up higher because the girls are growing rapidly.
The solomatics aren't quite ready yet but I think their almost ready (I'm waiting for some crystals to turn amber)
The fungus gnats are finaly dying out and the buds are now really starting to form, They are drinking more water every day and the Solomatics are starting to produce amber THC crystals and thus almost ready for harvest!
It's an easy autoflower to grow, I think especially fun when you're a beginner and don't have serious equipment available. The strain stays kind of small.
Today I harvested the Solomatic's, their crystals were turning amber and they had a rich smell to them.
After wet trimming them I let them dry for a week until the branches gave a nice snapping sound.
And now they are up for 5weeks of curing.
As of the high it gives you: it's a very pleasant CBD high (mostly relaxed, numbed) with a fresh taste of citrus!
This week I harvested the Solomatics they were ambering up.
They are now drying and they will be done this week. I will update the harvest post when I can dry weight them.
As for the Runtz they are still flowering and growing rapidly, didn't perform any techniques on them this week.

This week the buds got even thicker and the THC crystals ripen, I use a jeweler's loupe (60x) to check the crystals.
Some of them turn milky white, now I'm waiting for the first amber ones to appear.
The buds are now really starting to smell, a very sweet musk. I also did some defoliation the keep the lower buds exposed to the "sun".
Under the microscope I can already spot a few amber trichomes but not enough yet, it is getting closer to harvest though!
They are looking great, still waiting for a few trichomes to amber up before I'll harvest them.
I'm thinking about one more week and then I will harvest them.
The harvest was a little bit to early due to suspicion of our neighbours...
After 2 days of wet trimming the buds could hang to dry. I think the plants polinated itself because I was supprised to find out that most of the buds are made out of seeds.
I will update this post after they are done drying.
