Hi everyone, Weekly Sunday update here :)
I drained and changed the water this morning and a problem I've been getting for quite a few weeks is the sludge in the bottom of the tank despite me having an aquarium pump in there circulating. It's as if the nutrients are dropping out of the water and settling for some reason (see the pic). If anyone can shed some light as to why that's happening, that would be great.
Other than that the girls are looking good. I noticed one of the leaves has started to turn up so I moved the light up just a touch so should be all good now. This week I left out the big bud coco and replaced with overdrive. I think this is the last time I'll use pk 13/14 as they are only 2 or 3 weeks away from flush.
Everything else is good, PH'd at 6.1, EC is 2700, Room temp is 26c and RH is around 55% so all good there.
Ok, see you folks next week, stay safe!
Could be brown/blue algae called Cyanobacteria that feeds off oxygen. It’s a type of root slime that Can choke your plants if not treated. Often mistaken for root rot.
Ok, so everything dried and the final weigh in is 29oz in total from 6 plants. (4.8oz per plant) It's not the strongest strain but my goodness, the taste makes up for that. It's so fruity it's unbelievable! I'll certainly do this one again and I do recommend it.
Was easy to grow but I found it doesn't like to be over fed as nutrient burn can come quite easily. Really resistant to mold too. Thank you for following.
