Placed in spring water, sank within 12 hours. then straight into the soil mix. Trying it a little bit different, last time I did the water, then paper towel method. Well on the 6th day, the second seed still had not sprouted, I gave up on it and dug out some of the soil to support the original seedling, as it is stretching a bit.

I removed the "Ghetto Dome". That seed hull still does not want to let go! Originally had 2 seeds, but one has not come up, so I am going to LST/HST this one to maximize the space (20x20x36) As of day 17, the plant seems to be growing quick. I am going to top it in the next couple days.

I transplanted into its final container, with a nice handful of worm castings around the root zone, and a bunch mixed in the soil. Mixed in a bit of alfalfa meal, top dressed with the microbes, and watered with just a little bit of liquid kelp. Doing very minor LST, just bending the branches downward a bit, so they grow outward instead of up. Pot size is "roughly" 2 gallon. I have topped the plant once so far, Going to top it once more a little bit later, and keep training it to maximize my space. Which is only 20x20x36. One day after topping and the plant is really reaching upwards.

The plant is growing pretty quick, but it sure is staying short and bushy, I am trying to slowly train it by bending branches. I cut off only a couple of the leaves from the underside, nothing too crazy yet. I also did a bunch of leaf tucking, because everything is so clustered. This coming Monday I will be giving it another dose of the microbes, I will be doing it every 2 weeks on Mondays, I am going to call it "Microbe Mondays" just so I can remember easily. The plant has some burnt leaf tips, and I barely put anything into the soil, it must be a very light feeder.

gave them the first real dose of nutrients this week(on day 29), Gaia Green suggests 3 tbsp/gallon but I used 2. I will see how it goes from there. On day 31 I have added more of the microbes(directly on soil), and watered with the liquid kelp(5ml/L of water), microbes again in 2 more weeks. Watering about 1L every other day. Also gave the plants its first real defoliation, It is looking much cleaner now, the light will be able to penetrate much better. Gave the plant its second topping, as of day 30. Might have actually been a FIM, we will see. Day 31, I started to actually LST by tying it down, previously I would just keep bending it, which doesn't work very well, because the plant springs back up fast One of the branches snapped half way, but it has healed now. I gotta be extra careful because it is one of the main branches. This plant really does not want to stretch out, maybe it is the phenotype.

I recently found out that I need to finish these up by early march, so I will be flipping them to 12/12 on the coming Monday, if not sooner. An old grower friend gave me a tip, he said to start giving the plant the bloom/flowering nutrients 1 week before you flip, and it will start flowering sooner. I am going to try this by giving the bloom microbes, as I already gave the 4/4/4 top dress last week, I am going to wait before adding the power bloom by gaia green. This plant sure is staying short and tight, hopefully it has some nice stretch in flower. Going to give it a day or 2 of rest/growth before I defoliate any more(as of day 36)

Gonna be flipping these to flower on day 45. Been doing LST daily, almost topped it again, but as I'm flipping so soon I don't think it will be beneficial. I actually flipped to flower on day 43, Will be giving some extra nutrients in a few days. Defoliated lightly on day 44. Top dressed with some power bloom on day 48, as well as watering with liquid kelp. This is going so much better than my 1st grow, with no yellowing leaves, and no nutrient burn.

Still bending the plant down daily, and defoliating slightly every 2-3 days. It is microbe week, will be giving it a dose on day 10f, going to top dress with a half tea spoon. I added a couple more ties for LST, and have been rotating them between branches a little bit, giving others a chance to grow upwards, and keep the canopy even. I am probably gonna have to raise the plant itself closer to the light, since I keep training it sideways, instead of upward. I raised the pot around 6 inches closer to the light, the plant should be pretty happy about this I would think.
