Does this leaf growth look normal, is it a genetic mutation or is the something I may not be catering for?

Your plant looks fine to me, nothing strange going on. Not every leaf will be 100% perfect, 100% of the time. As deeunit1 said, it does need to be in a much bigger pot. It would be far better to transplant it now, rather than trying to do so in a few weeks. If you do decide to put her in a bigger pot, try and be as careful as possible when doing so as autos really don't like their roots being disturbed. There is some great information about autos in the Grow Diaries Journal/Blog section that may give you some ideas about what pot size to use, as well as other useful tips about autos. One thing I used to do with my autos, was to cut the bottom off the small plastic pot that it was in and plant the auto, pot and all, about 3 inches deep into a larger pot underneath, creating a sort of double decker pot or something similar to a wedding cake effect. This way the roots can grow from the smaller pot into the larger pot without being disturbed and risking any shocks which could slow down growth. Obviously you will need to water/feed both pots and be careful when moving them as they are now a bit "top heavy". Hope this helps...... Organoman.
