I had the same problem with 1 plant that had curling leaves. It is know as "the claw". My PH ended up being too alkaline. I was in soil and have grown in hydro once before but the same priciples should apply. Are you checking the PH of your reservoir often? I know the nutrients you are using has low N but if your PH is off then nutrient absorption can happen too fast or too slow. Also if you didn't flush out your reservoir after transitioning to flower there can be left over veg nutes. Root problems can also do this. Check the color of your roots they should be mostly white/beige. Regardless id flush your reservoir and start with lower ppm. Some strains can't handle higher ppms. The leaf claw won't ever go away but you will have fixed the problem and the buds will still grow.
