Chloé the Gelato

Chloé - blooming, young green shoot With Beatrix taking a big hit after losing that one branch I decided to germinate one more Gelato. Chloé was just as fast at germinating as Beatrix. 24 hours in a glass of water and the tap root was visible. I put her into a rapid rooter and then straight into a 5-gallon smart pot. About 36 hours later there was still no sign of her, but the next morning when I came back (about 48 hours after planting) there she was, leaves out, hat off and everything. Welcome to the family, Chloé! :D
