Seedlings popped nicely, germanated in less than 24 hours popped in 48, puuuuufect lol, will be 1 week from sprouts wed will post pics. Seedlings 1 week old, used my bread tie trick to hold largest seedling in place till it can stand on it's own, bought a co2 bag to see if there is a difference, no problems.
First 2 pics 3 bears, pruned off 1 set of fans off larger plant to get branches into light, 2nd plant is smaller but same stage of growth, great health, slow steady growth, smell is starting to crank up all female, 3rd pic is ghost train haze, last pic is a cacti i have had for several years, if you can see a cup it's a contest on another grow site to see who can grow best plant in no more than 16oz cup, so i germanated a purple kush bean to see how it goes, last pic is a very old African Violet i crossed with another it is 42 years old, i gave to grandma when she died mom confiscated it, when she died my sister tried to snatch it so i made her a nice clone but of course she got leaves wet and killed clone, i won best in show at Connecticut African violet Association. ( new hybrid )
The largest plant is now in preflower,, the other is a bit of a runt and has yet to stretch up, forced to prune off 2 sets of fans bc there 2 large and internodel space 2 small, no problem plant is female and did not slow up, good health ph 6.2 no problems. There still pretty young large plant is gonna be nice.
Smaller plant dwarfed out a bit, is in flower, pruned away all the small crap and lowest branches so the plant can concentrate on her tops, plant never stretched, the largest plant opposite problem stretched to much but is in nice flower, will leave under blue light and keep in veg for 2 more weeks as long as no trichome, last pic is ghost train haze i have been playing around with, at day 35 in flower and no problems never touched it just let it run, haveing a solo cup contest popped last purple kush bean from Crop King, seedling has genetic deformities and multi colored leaves, i wont buy off them anymore since Rocket seeds bought them out, germanated there way against better judgment and experience and not 1 bean popped, not only that i payed $95 for 5 seeds more then Methisto steer clear of this bogus company, when your chargeing more than top breeders and are only claiming an 80% germanation rate steer clear, i thought if i germanated there way they would have no exuse not to make it right even though i knew it would not work but followed there stupid directions to letter, Crop King is now part of Rocket seeds and the price is $95 for 5 beans and they no longer back up there product, the one bean i had left germanated just fine my way but now there genetics are screwed up and will not back up product if for some reason you do buy off this now scam company germanate as usual and dont follow there stupid directions, you are much better off sticking with Methisto or fast buds more bang for your buck and fast buds backs up there product, Methisto plants may do this or that but never had a bean not pop or a plant not flower, the King is dead steer clear of Rocket Seeds and Crop King !!!! Ashame they used to be a decent company and backed up there products but not anymore.
Big pant topped of but fower does not want to grow up stem, other plant is smaller, will give 1 more week in veg then start to flower them, smell is nice will probably get moderate yield.
Plants are behind, left in veg extra time, just gave first dose bloom nutrients, trimmed them up for flowering, smell nice and once Bloombastic kicks in plants will blow up, ph 6.3, no problems just slow plants or rather the littler one is slow but can find nothing wrong, next up sour 60 un feminized autoflowers by Mdanzig.
Haveing same problem as last winter with wide rh swings, winter was my best grow time but then they sealed me in with Anderson window walls, this year i kept humidifier on low and kept as far away from tent as possible but am getting a few splotchy leaves, rh is swinging from 20 to 50% so turned it off, only a week or 2 left to go but plants look like crap, allso this strain is very touchy with nutrients and slightly burned leaf tips, not my best but will do, flower has nice trichome and smells great, probably under right conditions would get larger yield but what are you gonna do, flower is hard and compact so i guess it's ok, i dont even smoke everyday and when i do i only take a couple puffs, next up sour 60.
Started haveing wide rh swings, had to turn humidifier off, ph was allso low raised useing bakeing soda if you do this u must b careful, white vinegar will lower ph but again b careful, had leaf splotch on larger plant probably bc fan was hiting it with the humidifier on had to defoliate plant, however this did not affect flower and flushed out 5 days ago with cold water to turn pistols, did again today and plan to chop sunday, gave smaller plant last dose of Bloombastic 2 days ago and when it drys will flush out with cold water and plan to chop within 10 days after that point, larger plant stretched and has bare mainstem, lots of nice frosty tops with yellow pistols but looks like crap defoliated so no pic, smaller plant came out much more nicer but with smaller flower but still it's very compact and will pull off a nice med yield, had covid and can only take a puff or 2 and no longer am heavy smoker, lost tollerance so 2 or 3 puffs im so baked cant play golf rival lol but will not stop growing this beautiful plant, got hold of some very rare seeds from my favorite breeder Mdanzig, sour 60 = sour diesel x master kushx old school blueberry x sour bubbly, these are unfeminized autoflowers, maybe will do that next but want to get to more Methisto strains bought a pac of toofless alien, this is toof decay witch is a frost queen x ripleys og to make strain larger want to run that to, was thinking of running 3 sour 60 and 1 toofless alien and if get 1 male polinate the alien but with my luck probably will get 3 males, sour 60 is one half of sour spyder Mdanzig crossed that with sputnik, appolo, and chernoble then took off market, plant was beautiful with hues of blue, purple and yellow and was strongest smelling auto i ever grew, seeds came in both feminized and un feminized, unfortunately he now only has 2 un feminized strains on market blue streak wich he collaborated with joint dr who calls his blue ryder same plant different name, they make them un feminized so you can breed them but i digress.
An average auto easy to grow 1 stretched plants sesative to bloom nutes, ph went low had to correct with bakeing soda, yield on low side a bit over an oz for 2 plants but is very good, it's worth growing if you like that narcotic couch lock high, expect dry mouth and eyes and have some ho ho's within reach bc you wont want to get up lol
