This week was ok. We are still recovering from PH issues, my lemonade punch plant that was gifted to me is showing the best recovery as i have watched the yellowing leaves turn back to a nice green. As for the Cream caramel's i have, one of them (bottom right) is very very slow to recover and is very slow to produce any kind of weight on the buds. (Top right) however is doing rather well for bud production. I know that its still fairly early in flower so i will just have to be patient and see what happens.
My last two waterings were filtered tap water PH'd to 6.5 with a lower then recommended dose of bloom nutrients and 1/4 dose of cal-mag. My hope in doing this is that because my ph was all fucked up i have too many nutrients in the soil causing a early lockout, by doing a low dose nute "flush" it should correct said problems by removing all the built up shit and leaving behind nice fresh stuff.
Cream caramel really starting to smell now, especially when trimmed. Earlier on it was a good caramel kinda smell mixed with freshly ground weed. Now it kinda smells like a skunk stepped in dog shit..🤷♂️🤣 lol it's a good kind of shit covered skunk smell though👌🏼
That's all for this week.🤘🏻 Thanks for stopping by and Happy growing everyone 🌱✌️🏼
@Sweet_Seeds, thanks again for the seeds! Can not wait to try this stuff out. Even in veg when i trim her fan leaves she has an amazing dank smell to her. Im excited 🙂
Some plants require more nitrogen than others even if they’re the sam strain. Not exactly sure what your PPM is but now that you’re flowering, you may want to focus on more potassium and phosphates. In your case, I’d figure out what the ph and ppm irate.
@northernMike, thanks for the advice man, my first couple grows were in coco, so the molasses wouldn't work for me.. but now that im in soil i think it will help. Going pick some up asap. Also going to try your banana method 👍🏻 I've seen nothing but good things with that Greatwhite stuff. Lol its on my list
@Rusticbuds,I went a 100% organic in my grow''the new team"
I used kelp me kelp you, molasses and great white, bud juice micro throughout veg.
I used big bud organic, molasses and great white, bud juice micro throughout flower.
The buds are big super sticky and the smell is something else, 3 strains all autos,
U.K cheese, smoothie and a lambs breath, 0 deficencies so far and I haven't given any cal-mag at all,
everthing the plant needs is in the molasses, check it out, I also made tea with banana peels. 1.5L water+ 1 banana peel bring to boil and let cool.
Add a couple ounces to a liter of water and use on just water days, plants seem to love it.👌
Grow Big!!
It was my pleasure man and happy Bloom👊. I knew she was going to go to a good home! As for her fickle nature, this may just be who she is. Bloom may treat her better, but I think they're all doing pretty well man.
I do that as well. Splitting doses and putting into water feeds instead. I'll usually cycle my Cal/Mag on water days too just like you👍. Does carry them well. A long time ago Larimar told me she never, ever just waters. Usually always something put in to help carry or fill in extra needs I see. After Mrs. L told me that, I don't think I've just straight watered for a year😯
WOW!! Looks great👍.
How are you liking the dutch sciences nutes?
I just starting using them after a hiccup or two, the plants
seem to like it, using half the rec. amount.
Later!!
@northernMike, Thanks Mike. I ran into some problems with PH, so i can't say how well this stuff can actually preform. That said i too went half strength. I am now questioning if that was a good idea or not. I know i have yellowing and spots and shit from my ph being off but i also feel like they were under fed. Being that it is organic overfeeding shouldn't really be a problem, to a point. So ive read..
@Grisly, Thank you very much😁 they smell amazing already. I am definitely excited to try it✌️🏼 good luck with your first indoor grow, looks like you will have a great harvest🌱
