Hello everyone and welcome to my free seed run of sweet seeds cream caramel. These are some of the beans i had won from the diary of the month contest back in February.
Lets go over some things that are new for me this time around. First off i will be growing exclusively in pro-mix potting soil and will be using all organic powered nutrients from dutch science nutrients full line up. Secondly i have a new light! After one of my cheap grow lights sh*t the bed on me Cortland from CronkGrow got a hold of me on Instagram and was gracious enough to hook me up with a 240w QB bringing my tent total wattage up to 480w! Not to shabby 😎
Ok so back to the plants here, i did a 16-18 hour soak in water, all the seeds were at the bottom of the glass so i knew it was time to hit the paper towel. In 24hrs they had all cracked open! Yay. Once in paper towel i watered enough to wet the towel, using dutch science seed&root to speed the process. Within two days the sprouts were already about 1"-1 1/4" long and ready for dirt. So in the dirt they went.
Stay lifted and happy growing all✌️🏼
Guys. I am truly sorry i let this go as far as i did without any kind of word or anything. To be honest i had no idea i had so much love. But looking at all the comments you guys have left me shows otherwise, you can bet your ass ill be doing updates. In fact Im going to get this cream caramel diary up to date right now. Thank you everyone for all the kind comments and laughs. And those dropping likes and comments on my Durban poison grow, very much appreciated 🤜🏼🤛🏼. Now on with this diary.
Everything going very well with the 4 girls. At this time i was watering with a solo cup (about half a cup each plant) and doing a feed water water feed regiment
This week was very autopilot. All i did was keep up with the feed schedule. Simple stuff👍🏻 very happy with the results so far using Dutch science nutrients.
This week i noticed the plants looking a little sad like. So i pick one up and had a look see. Lots of roots coming out the bottom of the solo cups. So it was clear that it was repotting time, roots looking nice a healthy. Starting to add a little of the veg nutrients and cal-mag
This week went well. They did look a little sad after repotting but that is to be expected. They happily rebounded in about 2-3 days and took off after that. They are off the seedling food at this point and are now on humates and veg formula, adding cal-mag to very second feed
This week was good, repotting was a success 👍🏻 they have bounced back very well. And they continue to flourish, have noticed that i have two plants that are shorter then the other two, will be interesting to see how they do. Feed schedule remains the same. (Feed water water feed)
This week was pretty much just autopilot again. Didn't do anything other water them. The shorter plants seem to be picking up👍🏻 they sure are bushy little things.
This week once again was very easy on my part. The girls running very happy on autopilot. Just keeping up with watering and making sure to them dry out a bit in between waterings.
What can i say!.. lol might as well just copy/paste what i said last week. As these girls are looking happy and healthy. All im doing is my feed schedule with Dutch science nutrients
This week is about trying to play catch up with my pictures, shit got all messed up. Lol but thats what happens when you do it this way and not fill it out every week like i should have been..
Almost caught up.. lol everything still going very well at this point, still continuing my feed water water schedule. Although i have been playing around with adding the cal-mag to my water instead of mixing in with the nutrients. So that when i water is not getting absolutely nothing.
Getting closer now.. starting to see some discoloration in the leaves of all the plants. Had a few roots coming out the bottom, only to learn is because i did not have my pots elevated. That problem has been solved.
This week ive been struggling to figure out why some of my plants are yellowing well the others are not. Im not doing anything different to them..🤷♂️
Other then that they look good.
I repotted my biggest cream caramel plant. (Need more bigger pots) and found she was long over due for a transplant, she is slowly bouncing back.
Special thanks to @jinksygrows for the critical kush plant. Just wish i didnt fuck it up as bad as i did.. and not sure whats happening, with the soil and nutrients im using i shouldn't be having this kinda trouble. Maybe under fed🤷♂️ please comment below if you have any ideas. P.s the critical kush is the biggest plant in the tent.
First week of flower is going well. Looking forward to next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️🏼 Happy growing everyone ✌️🏼
This week was meh, not sure what i was thinking or more so the fact i wasn't thinking and wasn't checking my PH. My previous grows have been in coco, which requires a higher PH then soil. My tap water comes out at around 7.4-7.8 depending, after i would mix my nutes the ph was almost spot on for coco.. so needless to say i got lazy and haven't been checking my PH and it is showing big time. Since that time my ph pen broke, ffs. Got a new one a few days ago. Lucky i had a bunch ph'd water set side to get me through. I am seeing more green where it was yellowing so hopefully they bounce back in time. I am now also using an airstone to aerate the water before feeding, never did that before. Anyways i think that's pretty much it for this week..
Thanks for stopping by✌️🏼 Happy Growing🌱
This week was ok. Not bad, but could've been better. Slowly getting the ph back to the level it should be at. My last feed went in at 6.3 and got a reading of 6.2 for my runoff. Next watering i plan on swinging the PH to about 6.5
The cream caramel's are slower to recover then the other two plants i have in the tent (critical kush) and (lemonade punch). But they are recovering so i will take it slow with until they look 👌🏼 again. Hopefully its not to late for them to recover fully.. that's my mistake and should have left them in veg state till the problems were corrected. All good though, i seem to have a knack for learning the hard way😅
Tent deets:
Plants: 4 cream caramel, 1 critical kush, 1 lemonade punch.
Lights: 1 Marshydro SP250, 1 Cronkgrow 240w QB
Tent: Marshydro 4x4
Ventilation: AC Infiniti cloudline T6
Soil: Pro-mix potting soil
Nutrients: Dutch science nutrients Organic
Thats all for now. Thanks for stopping by🤘🏻 Happy growing everyone 🌱✌️🏼
This week was ok. We are still recovering from PH issues, my lemonade punch plant that was gifted to me is showing the best recovery as i have watched the yellowing leaves turn back to a nice green. As for the Cream caramel's i have, one of them (bottom right) is very very slow to recover and is very slow to produce any kind of weight on the buds. (Top right) however is doing rather well for bud production. I know that its still fairly early in flower so i will just have to be patient and see what happens.
My last two waterings were filtered tap water PH'd to 6.5 with a lower then recommended dose of bloom nutrients and 1/4 dose of cal-mag. My hope in doing this is that because my ph was all fucked up i have too many nutrients in the soil causing a early lockout, by doing a low dose nute "flush" it should correct said problems by removing all the built up shit and leaving behind nice fresh stuff.
Cream caramel really starting to smell now, especially when trimmed. Earlier on it was a good caramel kinda smell mixed with freshly ground weed. Now it kinda smells like a skunk stepped in dog shit..🤷♂️🤣 lol it's a good kind of shit covered skunk smell though👌🏼
That's all for this week.🤘🏻 Thanks for stopping by and Happy growing everyone 🌱✌️🏼
This week was good. I am seeing bud progress pick up some speed now. The bud sites are starting to get nice and dence as well as packing on the trichomes, gotta like that! I do have one plant that has suffered to much nutrient/ph stress and will not produce a very good product on its own, no worries though as i can and will turn it into some RSO oil most likely.
The big plant in the back right corner of the tent is going be a killer plant! Her buds are frosty and dence all well being extremely sticky and potent when touched. Looking forward to the harvest!
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your week.

Special thanks to @marshydro for sending out a sp150 for me to play with🤘🏻, i am now up to 630w of wall draw power😎 amazing trichome production under the mars sp250 that ive had for over a year now. I see lots of good things from the sp150 and am happy to add it to the fleet.
This week has been a Ph'd water kinda week. I added 1/2 dose of recommended cal-mag to one watering and one watering without. I get about 1-2 maybe 3 waterings in per 7 day week with letting the plants have time to dry out a bit.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your week.
Happy growing everyone 🌱✌️🏼
Hello all👋🏻 here are the deets for the Cream Caramel's this week.
Still battling yellow leaves and leaf tips🤷♂️.. although it isn't stopping the buds from coming in nicely. The tops on them are rock hard, like big chunks of hash!
Home stretch now👀 they are all getting nothing but Ph'd tap water for the last week to two weeks as a flush. The buds are covered in gorgeous looking trichomes, i mean just look at the structure of them! Picture perfect 👌🏼 the cream caramel's are very very sticky and actually kinda not looking forward to trimming 😒 happy problems though 😁 lol. They do smell of a light creamy caramel (who would have thought eh!) With a mix of skunky diesel and a hit of sweet grass?🤷♂️ maybe... lol i will definitely give a better profile description once its cured.
Lights provided by:
Marshydro model Sp250
Marshydro model Sp150
Cronk Grow 240w QB
Seeing exceptional results under these lights, wish i could recommend the sp250 but they no longer make it so a sp3000 is the next best thing. Love my lights so big thanks to Cortland from Cronk grow and to Marshydro🙌🏻
Also a big shout out to @jinksygrows 👈🏼this guy can grow some killer cannabis! I was lucky enough to get a few samples off him and i can say its pretty damn good. Nice densely packed buds loaded with trichomes 🤤 you killed it bud🤜🏼🤛🏼
Thanks for stoppin in folks 😁
Happy growing everyone 🌱✌️🏼
This week has been good. They are and have been getting nothing but Ph'd water since last week. I decided to take down that real sickly looking one that was at the bottom right in my tent (see last weeks) not related to this diary but more so for my followers and i, I harvested the pink lemonade i had center of the tent. Fuck she smells good😁 kinda wish i did a diary but the plant was given to me half way through veg. Back to the cream caramel. As mentioned i harvested one (edit) now two out of the four plants. The first plant i took down has since dried and is in jars for curing. When burping the jars the immediate smell is of strong sweet smelling plant matter. Once open for about 10 minutes the planty (green) (hay) smell subsides and am left with an amazingly sweet candy kinda smell. Ive honestly never had or smelled any bud like it. Very pleasant indeed 🧐😁. On what must be the last week here. I have two cream caramel left in the tent and an unrelated critical kush. Im literally just waiting for them trichomes to amber up a bit more.
Special thanks to: @marshydro and @susie420 for the sp150 grow light, @sweetseeds for the great genetics, @dutchsciencenutrients for the easy peasy nutrients, @jinksygrows for the critical kush and just being all round stand up guy🤜🏼🤛🏼. Will do another update if needed but hoping next one will be the final harvest. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by folks✌️🏼
Happy growing everyone 😁🌱
@Sweet_Seeds, thanks again for the seeds! Can not wait to try this stuff out. Even in veg when i trim her fan leaves she has an amazing dank smell to her. Im excited 🙂
Some plants require more nitrogen than others even if they’re the sam strain. Not exactly sure what your PPM is but now that you’re flowering, you may want to focus on more potassium and phosphates. In your case, I’d figure out what the ph and ppm irate.
@northernMike, thanks for the advice man, my first couple grows were in coco, so the molasses wouldn't work for me.. but now that im in soil i think it will help. Going pick some up asap. Also going to try your banana method 👍🏻 I've seen nothing but good things with that Greatwhite stuff. Lol its on my list
@Rusticbuds,I went a 100% organic in my grow''the new team"
I used kelp me kelp you, molasses and great white, bud juice micro throughout veg.
I used big bud organic, molasses and great white, bud juice micro throughout flower.
The buds are big super sticky and the smell is something else, 3 strains all autos,
U.K cheese, smoothie and a lambs breath, 0 deficencies so far and I haven't given any cal-mag at all,
everthing the plant needs is in the molasses, check it out, I also made tea with banana peels. 1.5L water+ 1 banana peel bring to boil and let cool.
Add a couple ounces to a liter of water and use on just water days, plants seem to love it.👌
Grow Big!!
It was my pleasure man and happy Bloom👊. I knew she was going to go to a good home! As for her fickle nature, this may just be who she is. Bloom may treat her better, but I think they're all doing pretty well man.
I do that as well. Splitting doses and putting into water feeds instead. I'll usually cycle my Cal/Mag on water days too just like you👍. Does carry them well. A long time ago Larimar told me she never, ever just waters. Usually always something put in to help carry or fill in extra needs I see. After Mrs. L told me that, I don't think I've just straight watered for a year😯
WOW!! Looks great👍.
How are you liking the dutch sciences nutes?
I just starting using them after a hiccup or two, the plants
seem to like it, using half the rec. amount.
Later!!
@northernMike, Thanks Mike. I ran into some problems with PH, so i can't say how well this stuff can actually preform. That said i too went half strength. I am now questioning if that was a good idea or not. I know i have yellowing and spots and shit from my ph being off but i also feel like they were under fed. Being that it is organic overfeeding shouldn't really be a problem, to a point. So ive read..
@Grisly, Thank you very much😁 they smell amazing already. I am definitely excited to try it✌️🏼 good luck with your first indoor grow, looks like you will have a great harvest🌱
