@ZmielonyKasztan, It is not the same. You have to measure the temperature and not to exceed 28º.
With a 600w lamp, the distance is approximately 40cms.
Remember that the temperature is measured at the top of the plant.
And very important, do not water near the stem ;)

With HPS 600 watt, can I have the lamp at the same height as 400watt or 250watt? I will lower the lamp immediately.

It seems that you don't get enough light or you have it too far away.
This makes it stretch too far and fail.
It is also important not to water near the stem. This makes it rot.
