Being a first time grower and not having any experience with any other lighting, I can’t compare. I will say I believe it helped my girl tremendously! Love both models!

Overall I was very happy. She stretched too much and had some buds that were not as compact as I would have liked. I’m not sure if it was genetics or my screw up. She’s still drying and will updates harvest weight soon.
