SF2000_3x3 All six of the sherbet ladies germinated. Only one of them has any stunting. That seed is just barely at the top of the peat pod. The Shell is still opening though. Started them all in glass water on a heat pad. Transferred three and to pods and the other 3 in small cups in soil. The two that have already opened up with leaves are soil only. A quick and definitive experiment. No more peat pods. Stunted seedling is peat pod. These girls came up so quickly that I have already transplanted them into Dixie cups. This is only day three from dry seed. Go Sherbet! I still donโt know if the lighting schedule is going to work with autos that are already in the tent, but it should be fun either way.

SF2000_3x3 Day 7 - I gave away the three smaller seedling and sticking with 3 strongest. I will be transferring two of them into 1 gallon bags, but will keep one in a Dixie cup for the sake of science๐
Day 8 - Getting the second set of true leaves. Much faster in this stage than the autos that I am growing.
How long should I keep Sherbet photo seedlings in a Dixie cup? I have had them in them for 5 days or so. Happy Frog medium with perlite and worm castings
If you are able to pull it out completely without breaking the soil integrity take it out of the cup and check the roots (if you have drainage holes at the bottom then just check whenever a root pops out of there), if they're at the bottom it's time to transplant!
When transplant make sure to fill the pot all the way up!! more soil-more room for roots to grow-bigger plant! also try covering about third to half of the stem with the grow medium when transplanting to a bigger pot so you'll make better use of your space.

SF2000_3x3 Day 19 - the kids are looking strong and hearty. Much easier to grow than their older auto sisters. Should be able to sex them soon.

SF2000_3x3 The kids are still recovering from a gnat infestation. Starting to look better though. Should be able to sex them in the coming few days! I want boys just as much as girls. Would love to try and breed Sherbet with an auto clone. Iโm figuring out the clone part now. First time trying to mess with nature in this way

SF2000_3x3 D33 - Starting to smell delicious. Clipped a few leaves and added worm castings and perlite to the top today. Sprayed with TPS Canopy to help recover from gnats. Mixed a teaspoon of diatomaceous earth into the castings to keep the little fuckers gone๐

SF2000_3x3 Day 42 - I need young ladies dealt with gnat infestation. Iโm only keeping 1 plant. She recovered best and is showing her sex now. The other 2 are moving to the windowsill. Iโm hoping that one is a male so I can harvest a little pollen. Otherwise they will go into the next batch of butter. Much healthier sisters in the tent and I have more Sherbet seeds as well.
