I found out that with this kind of medium mix I have nice results so I'm sticking with it.
Medium composition:
5l black earth mix (mycorrhizae, worm castings and other nice stuff)
5l coco coir
1l perlite
Watering:
- 125 ml of root juice every other day just around the seedling
- distilled water was used to reduce ppm.
