Super Gold is no more. I could have let her go one more week, but I need the space. Also Dobby took one sniff and hot tailed it out into the back yard like a fire work. I'm taking that as a seal of approval. π
So she's been chopped, buds have been washed and hung up to drip dry from Olly. He's had heavier loads, but considering the shaky start, and the 3L pot I'm happy.
I'm a convert to the air pruning pots. In the past I've used cloth pots, the roots always cling to those for dear life, not a problem with these.
Also these plastic air pots dry out slower than cloth pots, but faster than a normal plastic pot. I think I'm happier with the middle ground π
The plan now is to let the buds drip dry for a couple of days. Then it'll be a paper bag in the fridge for a couple of weeks before being jarred up.
I'll do a harvest report then. Can't wait π
@Nickeluring, I'm not very good with the smell game. I'm sure a resounding "GGGRRREAT" isn't going to do it for you.π Personally I'd say earthy and spicy, with the help of Dobby we also get cloves suggested but that's a bit beyond me πΊ
The most striking thing about this plant was the colour change, she really did go golden. Some of that may have been down to under feeding by me, but it's also her nature for sure.
