To me this plant looks just about ready, but then, I prefer a more "up" and clear high, with peak THC quality.
If you prefer a more heavy/sleepy/lethargic/unmotivating stone, leave them for another 7-10 days and this will produce that sort of effect, due to the break down of THC into CBN and CBD, which results in the diminished psycho-activity of late picked flowers, in favour of the heavy lethargic stone of flowers with enhanced CBD and CBN levels. The THC breaks down due to the over mature plants having a greatly slowed metabolism, causing the THC to break down faster than it can be replaced/produced, leading to the flowers having more CBD and CBN, with diminished THC quality and quantity.
So it really depends on the type of effect you personally prefer.
