My two Chocolope gals are 54 and 58". The computer shots show lots of trichomes: 35% appear clear, 64% cloudy, less than 1% amber. I'm guessing I will start flushing them in about two weeks, assuming more trichomes turn amber. These plants have some shiny nice buds growing; however, I saw some shots of chocolope plants where the colas were one big bud going from top to bottom. I've regenerated a White Widow before for a total of three Harvests, and I hope to regenerate these gals. I checked the PH of the runoff yesterday, and it was 5.0. I plan on giving them each a .5 gallon of 7.0 water tomorrow.

Pictures are from week 6 of flowering Where did you buy it? After the 12/12, I saw 1st two pistils, then 15 days before I saw 16-20 pistil in a bunch, that is when I called it flowering. When do you consider it flowering?

I've had to deal with before with 2 out of ten chocalope I did previously, I up the 2 that looked ready up with a little extra bud candy n small amounts of big bud and they carried on fine until the other 8 were ready. Once harvested and dry I couldn't tell the difference between the buds of the 2 or 8. My tip is never harvest early .

I didn't have chocolopo, but I did have some Gorilla Glue Autos from ILGM. The two strains share a lot of genetics so I would expect similar times. Mine showed pistils on day 17 and then tripled in size over the next two weeks. For autos, I also count this as flowering (or preflower until they are done stretching). I make that distinction between flower and preflower because preflower still requires veg nutes. After the stretch is complete, it is time to switch to full bloom nutes, although I like to start cutting back on veg nutes and adding bloom nutes after the first week of preflower. This gives them a smooth transition so they aren't shocked when you go full bloom on them. Mine took about 100 days total to finish although I let them run a few days longer. Good luck!!

2 chocolope plants, first time with this strain. Believe it when you read they grow tall, they are 95%+ Sativa, anxious to try the final cured product. The exhaust fan's duct is above the top light and channels some heat out, and provides airflow around the plants. Aluminum foil around lights directs more light to the plants. I started with General Hydroponic Macro, Grow, and Blossom Nutrients, Armour Si, CaliMagic, and added ILGM Bergman's Plant Food early on. Now that it is flowering, I use a bit of Flower Fuel, alternate the GH and Bergman Flowering every other watering, so I don't buildup salt around the roots. I'm self-taught using Internet tips and nowhere near an expert. I've grown about 30 White Widow plants over 7 years; this is my first time with Chocolope.
