Planted 12/15 broke the soil 12/18. Soil is FFOF with 30% pumice and 1cup/cubic ft of dolomite lime, 0.5gal in the center of FFHF with 30% pumice as starter soil. Going normally, quite vigorous so far. She’s a little stretchy, but I’ve got the PPFD at 500, so I’m checking it up to genetics. Water pH 6.5, EC 0.1.
Decided to give her first feed this week, just a small amount of everything. Next weeks feeds will be full strength and saturate the whole pot. She’s blowing up fast! Feed pH 6.2, EC 0.9.
Over the last few days she stretched like CRAZY and managed to get as tall as 7” within less than 3 weeks! Had to tie her down and get her MASSIVE lower node fan leaves off to get her ready for growing laterally! Feed pH 6.2, EC 1.1.
She’s already throwing out preflower pistils, so I hope she still has a couple weeks left to stretch and veg before fully flowering. Feed pH 6.2, EC 1.1. Microbial pH 6.5, EC 0.6.
She started flowering rather early, but I think she still has a tiny bit of stretch left in her. Otherwise, shes completely healthy and I plan on having some very even sized colas on this plant. Feed pH 6.3, EC 2.2.
Although she didn’t stretch quite as much as I would have liked, she laid out perfectly! She’s gonna have some nice even sized buds and well developed colas with all that open space for light penetration. Already smelling prettt good too!
Been off here for a while, thought I’d update. She’s been battling some calcium and N deficiencies lately, so I’ve topdressed her with some dolomite lime and started giving her full strength feeds. She’s been thickening up quickly and nicely, and she’s smelling like cheesy BO but in a good way.
She’s stalled and started fading, not sure if she’s just taking nutrients from the leaves to build buds or if she’s getting close to finish. Trichomes are all clear so I’m gonna test the soil and then decide what to do from there. Either way, she’s beautiful and she smells amazing! Like a tropical cheese skunk.
Took a test bud off the bottom and she’s looking ready! Heady high centered around the eyes and a solid body stone to go with it. Everything I love in a sativa minus the anxiety and plus the pain relief. Going to harvest after one final flush!
She started out stretching vertically faster than any strain I’ve grown before, and after laying her out for LST I thought she’d continue that stretch... she did to a certain degree, but more than half the canopy did not make it to the top. Next time I think I’ll top her instead, but regardless she has put out some picture perfect, sticky, pungent buds. A must have strain.
