Topped them 3 days ago and they all have taken it really well. Started bending everything about 13 days ago and that is looking really lovely. 5 of them are staying nice and squat with lower branch's reaching for the light, bending/rebending every 2 or 3 days. Broke 2 tops, 1 a week ago on the 3BOG so I just straightened it out and left it to heal, she looks good now. The lower branch's have stretched enough to give themselves 2 nodes, working on the 3rd. Going to be a plant with some nice arms! The CDLC broke 2 days ago but looks good today, no dead/droopy leaves on the top so it will heal nice. The MBAP is really leggy, by far the tallest/longest of all of them but it looks good, like it'll have so size to it with all the node spacing so far. The DG, SS and livers bx are all looking the same, tight nodes, about 7 so far with new growth happening makin them all reach for the light. Nice short thick stalks on all of them, "thick like soup can", the MBAP is a thick one too. I must say I am amazed at these plants so far! They are 29 days old today. I guess we'll be starting into a good stretch next week from what I'm see with these MEPHISTO genes. Stayed tuned! See'ya'll next week with more pics(I'll post some of the individual plants then). Gu'day folks!

I know it hasn't been a week but this girls are a little more than 4 weeks old. Actually 4 weeks, 5 days old, soaked on Dec. 1. Anyways they have been under going some training. Bending every 2 days roughly and showing it. Starting to thicken up everywhere, getting bushy! Some are starting preflower now. The rest are still stretching. Anyways, I said I'd have some pics for you. Enjoy!

Looks like we're going to kick it into high gear! We've got buds starting! Everything looks great so far, these plants are amazingly stocky and tough. I guess we'll be seeing some stretch happening now that we are seeing the start of the end 😝. Sorry folks, not much else to say this week other than have fun, enjoy and happy growing!

This week has just been watching em grow, boy oh boy did they grow! Going to run outta room in my space. These past weeks I didn't do any training, just adid a bit of defoliation but other than that it was more or less a relaxing week or 2, hence the reason im posting 2 weeks later. My buddy at homegrown hydroponics sent me some stuff to try out, i mentioned fungus gnats to him and he sent nematodes and a microbial mass concentrate to get rid of them. I did add both of those last week when I watered so fingers crossed we wont be seeing any of them buzzing around anymore in the coming weeks. As well as getting those things, my new ph/ec/ppm meter came in! The blue lab combo, been playing with it figuring it out. It's SO much better than the oakerton ph pen i had! Again, thanks to my buddy at homegrown hydroponics! Thanks for reading! Will update on the plants in depth next post! They will be getting chonky by then!

So now it's just feeding them and watch them grow. I've been feeding at 3/4 strength to see whatthey can handle nute wise. So far no nute burn. These ladies are hardy and so far can handle a heavy food schedule, Cal mag and AN big bud are also on the menu. Cal mag goes every watering at 1/2 power. Big bud was given at full dose. We'll see how they look after this last feeding. See y'all next week!

Ah, let's see... this week I found some nanners that fell off the MBAP and not sure what to think! Did i knock it off moving leaves around or did it mature and spread some genes around the room? I think it mated with the SS that was beside it because I noticed them orange hairs the other day so I started looking for the banana hammocks then but couldn't find any so after careful consideration, my brother and I were thinking this is what happened, this was all before I found the damn thing on the 10th. Only on one side of the plant too. Yes, they live stress free these days(I think LOL) Oh well, I'm glad these 6 gals are at day 74 today, time to be getting ready with my scope is soon so if there are any seeds they won't get to mature🤞. I hope they get nowhere near maturity, gotta cut the hermie genes out at the start folks, sucks it's some of these top shelf strains. So most of the buds are pretty light/airy, not all just most and this week we should see some fatten up real nice. A few of these ladies are starting to flaunt their perfumes around, it's makin me feel these special tingles, you know the ones, the ones that let you know you'll be enjoying your own buds! As for nug looks/appeal, the SS and MBAP have some solid looking frosty nugs! but have a week or two yet before im even considering scoping them. So far they all LOVE THE FOOD. Since about week 4/5 I've been feeding @ a watered down 3/4 strength and I'm noticing minor, minor tip burn on 2. The 10th was the first time I gave them straight water but I think they can handle it at 3/4 all the way to flush. This is my first time using these nutes, I used Dutch Nutrient Formula(DNF) for years and had it dialed in for everything, these ones seem pretty easy so anybody can use them and not kill your plants. AND the PH perfect part actually works! But im in promix. Anyways, I'm babbling here, joys of smoking one 😝 thanks for the read folks! Happy growing!

So this week I gave them a last shot of AN Big BUD(0-15-35 powder version) with their regular feeding schedule. Never used this stuff before this cycle so I hope its good. I've used similar products and saw some noticeable differences between plants that were and were not fed the bloom boosters. Here on out its smooth sailing, food wise, just this AN trio left to do its parent like job, feeding my little girls.. Not much else to say this week, Y'all mofos know the feeling. "Are you ready? Ready Now? How bout now? Ya must be ready by now. Uggghhh this is taking forever! Now you need 3 weeks in a jar?" Haha thanks for reading folks. Im just gonna be here impatiently watching them fatten up! Hurry up and wait! Lets go!

Well. Here we are, mouths watering, getting ancy, WAITING. So close but yet so far from a taste! These gals are all coming along nice in the later days of flower, putting weight on, getting FROSTY now. I've always been one to flush but I think I'm going to hammer them with nutes right until chop chop, I've been seeing all the "bro science" claims out there so ill try it myself and see. Overall, was a good, easy week. Oh yeah! After I found them nanners last week I took a hard look at everything and I think we're good to go, got lucky and no more popped out or pollinated. What I thought did get hit doesn't look like the calyxes are swelling with seeds, just getting thicc now. And now again, we just gotta hurry up and wait this week. Thanks for reading folks, they will be getting dried SOON and I am eager to try some but I also think about how great it'll be after the cure so I forget about drying some quick for the Argo 😝 They look so tempting. Happy growing, bud! See y'all next week.

I'll keep it short 'n sweet. So this week we have some bling bling bud going on. I think next week I'll be cutting down the Sour Stomper, Double grape and MBAP. All 6 of these gals went under the scope today, those 3 are the farthest along. I was definitely happy to see some turning. I'm the kind of person who likes the clouds over ambers, I know a lot of y'all mofos prefer more amber, to each their own.. But I will most likely let 1/3 or so of the plant go amber, everyone needs some sleeper buds right? Hope you guys enjoy! I know I am loving growing these gals! And maybe next update will have some plants hanging! Seeya then folks!

@Frogger, yeah buds, they're getting frosty. The sour stomper is coming down this week and maybe the MBAP. I got some fastbudz eager to pop next and can't wait. You guys still have snow in the south? Im a few hours north of you and there's still snow but it's going and the greenhouses are lookin tempting to start heaters LoL Happy growing!

All of them look great 👍 The one I'm most curious about is the Double Grape, what does it smell like?
Sloppy_OH_Tee
Sloppy_OH_Teecommented4 years ago
@Harukisan, not how you'd think. Certainly not how I thought it would. But that might change closer to chop time. I'll update that next round, was more focused on the SS this time.
