Hello folks ✌️
Starting diary at week 7 of Veg. but the method is always the same, just check out my others diaries for details on seedlings, first weeks of Veg., scrogging...
Using Cellmax BIO soil, plants started in cups for first week, then been transplanted into 1.5l pots from week 2 to week 4, and finally transplanted into their final pot (18l) by the end of week 4.
RootBooster was used since the beginning at week 1, adding the enzymes to their menu at week 2, using Bio 8-2-2 only this week for the first time of their life cycle (end of week 7).
Stems going purple and showing mag chlorose, so I will certainly spray them with some CalSiMag spray next week.
The plants started under Mars-Hydro SP 250 (first version of the SP 3000) from week 1 to week 4. Constantly at 90cm. Then adding the wings to gain light coverage while the plants are growing and spreading.
✅ My Tips for beginners ✅
✅ Always pop more seeds than expected to grow, and select the best phenotypes.
✅ Keep your lights high enough.
✅ Add a fan at low speed since first day, to gently shake the seedlings to avoid them to push and go looney for the light (making long fragile stems requiring tutors to support them).
✅ Any horticultural soil is good enough to last 3-4 weeks without any nutrients, just use pH’d water with some roots booster and enzymes.
That’s all folks 😊
Stay tuned, switching lights cycle, the Jungle B4RNS Show is going to start 😉👍
