Did some pruning this last week to slowly take a few leaves and some new growth at the bottom of the canopy. Going to leave a decent chunk of growth as I am new and concerned about taking too much.
Very concerned about yellow/dry leaves at the bottom of canopy. Think this might be because I was underfeeding her for so long and she is taking some time to recover, but hopefully that is all that it is. Blue Dream continues to flower despite what's going on in her nether-regions, Durban poison is taking her time and just showing the beginning of flowering.
Got my EC/PPM under control, still concerned about browning leaves at the bottom of the canopy but it doesn't seem to be spreading upwards. The Durban Poison still doesn't seem to be fully in flower (side pistils but few top pistils, still growing leaves) but the Blue Dream sure is.
Durban Poison continues to climb for the lights. Have a new tent on the way to give her time to do whatever she is doing, hopefully those brown dying leaves won't spread and kill her first. Blue Dream looks to be past mid-flower? I don't know I've never done this before.
Upgraded to a 4x4! Seems to have solved my dying bottom leaf issue. The plants are getting a lot more light below the canopy and seem happier overall. Can't tell if Liara, the Blue Dream, is ready for chop or not.
Hey there ! cool pics ! most of them are useless (if really pretty) but the magnified ones are actually pretty good . So what i'm seeing is 50/50 clear and milky trichomes. Bearing in mind trichomes take an average of two weeks to mature, i reckon that's about how much time you have left. hope this helps ! 🚀
This Monster wants to be the Christmas Tree in front of 30 rock. Pistils growing everywhere. Whatever cancer took half the leaves of the plant at the bottom? They're all growing back and flowering. It's nuts!
She fell down! She got too heavy and fell over. I discovered it at lights off and was heartbroken. Good news is with the net I don't think there was any damage and she's upright again. Colas are getting SO FAT. Milky trichomes and orange hairs are abundant, just waiting for that first amber trich and it'll be harvest time! Back to moderately overfeeding her as she likes it.
Forced to cut the Blue Dream about a week earlier than I intended. Trichomes seemed almost all milky, but was definitely no ambers aside from a few on the leaves. Hope the yield isn't too bad, but definitely could have been better. The Durban Poison lives on and is getting ridiculous.
@WolfgangSabado, what kind of dry weight did you get from your Blue Dream? I'm finishing week 8 right now and about to flush for a week or 2, so I'm supre curious about your good lookin' girl... Looks super great
